@Liight2 bc it allows us to be in our element when we are recording. No distractions. When I'm on stage the lights tend to be blaring so I always wear shades.... I've become so use to it, now I just rock them in the booth as well... Plus musicians tend to work long odd hours... shades help us hide the bags... trust me, you don't wanna see what I look like after 36 hours straight in the studio. People don't understand all that goes into what we do, hopefully I've answered your question.
