THIS IS A CALL TO ACTION. Why don't RICH BLACKS use their fame and money to unit the people to start PARENTING CLASSES classes for inner city poor abused children. Every time a child get in trouble. they could use the money to pay already existing counseling centers for parenting classes for dysfunctional poor family. this would break the cycle of abuse. this is not hard to do. the only thing you have to do is raise the money and HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE.
