So glad to see that many people love this song and film. The first time I saw it it went right over my head. Then i happened to run across the book in the library (Marc Behm - fabulous read and more story) and saw it again and it blew me away, Doubly so when I realized that it was Chryssie who just tore that old standard apart in the most touching moments. I absolutely hate the way the movies have made heroes out of hitmen, but I love this flick.

I love this version and I've heard a lot of versions but his is my very favorite. I remember singing it so much after seeing the movie, "Eye of the Beholder" It's a very classy way to let someone go by wishing them love in a song. U want to check out the soundtrak to "The living daylights" James bond movie from the 80's, as well as "The other Sister soundtrak "I can't understand" as well as her duet with frank sanatra. On just about EVERY one of The Pretender albumns has a ballot or 2.
