  • Yes this does work..u r working ur muscles so they will get hard and they will get shape...but dont think that ur butt will get bigger..u have to work with what u have...it will lift it and make it round..just don't think it will give u a bigger butt

  • The chair lunge really works , really rounded and lifted my bum ...I already have a big bum for my size but i didnt want to make it smaller just rounder and it worked ! done 10 each every other day quick results !

  • @2chiller3 I was worried about the same thing. At first when you're sculpting you'll lose a bit of weight on your butt, but underneath that the muscles are being built, and if you stick with it for more than a week you'll notice that it's getting bigger and shaplier and rounder.

  • Ok....I've read all the reviews on this video & checked out the video. Looks similar to some other butt toning/lifting videos I've seen. So Im going to give it a try.   • Best workout for your butt! alot of other videos out there show steps that are easy to get wrong, deeming the exercise useless. This is straight forward and works your butt best! And to those who are asking if it works, YES IT WORKS. if you have a flat or un-toned butt, do these exercises!!

  • Not true. Your glutes are a muscle and you can BUILD them thus making it larger. It just won't be one of those cellulite "fat ass" types. It'll be firm and larger. Which is much better. Not saying Jlo has this she was just very lucky. A barbell HELPS!!! and of course clean eating.

  • The exersize makes your butt compact and stronger, of course you loose 'some' calories, but if you want your butt smaller i would advise: cardio! (running, bicycling, swimming is good for the butt!) If you want your butt to be bigger (for the j-lo-fans :), then you have to use dumbells.

    Dumbbells would only help your endurance and people who want a bigger booty don't want that.

  • It is not going to make your butt or hips bigger. These exersize are making you're butt round and strong. That's what every girl wants right? If you want your butt to be smaller, you have to do cardio( running, bicycling, because you have to realize that you cannot burn fat on just one place. Fatburning is all over your body.   • Some tips: Don't let momentum do the exercises for you. Wear shoes for extra weight. Isolate the movements. DON'T stop between the exercises--just go straight from dirty dog to the circle exercises (forward and backward) without stopping to rest. When you get to where these get easier, get some ankle weights--talk about a pain in the butt! I've noticed this exercise has tightened my stomach by default. Good luck!

  • I'm pretty fit and was looking for an addition to my training...something to really take me to the next level in the "booty" area...this time saver does the trick! And really can work for any fitness level!!!
