I'm right there with you, Renniks. I didn't catch the part where he explained where his authority to seize the car comes from either. What I did hear was a pretty massive leap from "we're going to get a warrant" to "we're seizing your car." How did this turn out for you?

I got pulled over and was not driving. The cops told me he smelled weed. I assured him he did not but he did the same thing after the dogs smelled the weed in the car and they searched the car and my uncle. He wanted to search me and I told him I didn't conscent to search he said he was gonna call and get a warrant kept saying ticket and you leave or warrant and you goto jail he told me he was calling the judge i just told him to do his job and tell me when i can leave 20 min later i left ha
