I am trying my best to stay with this band's music..but they are really making me work hard at it! This is a great song..but seems more and more like the Thom Yorke Experience instead of a group effort --I mean look at this vid. how many f*in guitarists does it take to make this sound...are these guys bored...boring...what.. 2 drummers? come on... full f*in employment for all! Make some music that exploits the power of the entire band..there's no sin in rocking once and awhile..please...rock?

You want radiohead to stay in the standard rock band composition where overdriven electric guitars are at the fore. If radiohead didn't explore and challenge themselves every time then we'd be stuck with stale albums trying to capture the "magic" of OK Computer. But radiohead prefer to stay relevant.

the only shit thing about radiohead are some of there anal fans. yes, thats you lot whining 'he's not doing anything'  'it's all thom' 'johnny should play this'. Stop over analysing it and just enjoy it for the amazing performance it is. I'm sure the band know how to arrange themselves to play the song the way they want to. And i really hate the moaning about Thom's over influence. I'm sure they're all happy with their sound otherwise they wouldnt keep making records together would they.

So for this song we have Ed and Jonny standing around bored - who can blame them - and an extra drummer hitting one cymbal. Recent Radiohead stuff seems far too based around a Colin bass riff and Thom plucking away at a guitar, and Phil pattering away the same way he has since Amnesiac. I just find their recent stuff terribly unmoving, and it's not even enjoyable to dance to. So all you have is a terribly undynamic listening experience. Fine, but not worthy of Radiohead.

So this is really awesome but I gotta have a few critical points. Where's the looping a la Cambridge performance? Maybe Ed could do it? Also, I'm surprised to see Thom playing that little riff in the middle of the second verse. I could have sworn Jonny would be playing that, and probably even better, allowing Thom to concentrate more on singing.
