The kicked crossed the boundary. The guard can confiscate the board. The punk retaliated with a shove. In all terms of self-defence, the guard had the right to counter. The punk was thrown to the ground. Then the punk threw the first punch. Now the guard can be offensive. Plus, the punk was only trying to escalate the situation by getting on the guards nerve.
Wrong. The guard cannot confiscate the board. The police cannot confiscate any of your personal property, unless its illegal paraphernalia, for them to do so is, actually, against the law. If a cop just took your shoes for jaywalking wouldn't you be like, hey give em' back asshole!
Hmm. Show me where this is a law. If the skater did not touch the cop with the board, he could not confiscate it. BUT the skater did. The cop removed the board, assuming he would remove a/the problem. Clearly this was not the case, and the skater made an offensive attack towards the guard. The skater is the problem in this video, not the guard. Also, the skateboard could be considered a blunt weapon, and could be used against him, so in his pre-mature defence he removed the board.
I'll give you that the skater could have been more polite and not provoked the cop. Despite this, the cop is definitely contributing the majority of the problem. After telling the kid to leave, as the kid was following this instruction and leaving, the cop said "Next time I'll break your arm," and provoked the kid, telling him to hit him. Interesting, as this gentlemen wasnt even committing so much as a misdemeanor, at most he was disturbing the peace or being ignorant of the law.

The kicked crossed the boundary. The guard can confiscate the board. The punk retaliated with a shove. In all terms of self-defence, the guard had the right to counter. The punk was thrown to the ground. Then the punk threw the first punch. Now the guard can be offensive. Plus, the punk was only trying to escalate the situation by getting on the guards nerve.

Wrong. The guard cannot confiscate the board. The police cannot confiscate any of your personal property, unless its illegal paraphernalia, for them to do so is, actually, against the law. If a cop just took your shoes for jaywalking wouldn't you be like, hey give em' back asshole!

Hmm. Show me where this is a law. If the skater did not touch the cop with the board, he could not confiscate it. BUT the skater did. The cop removed the board, assuming he would remove a/the problem. Clearly this was not the case, and the skater made an offensive attack towards the guard. The skater is the problem in this video, not the guard. Also, the skateboard could be considered a blunt weapon, and could be used against him, so in his pre-mature defence he removed the board.

I'll give you that the skater could have been more polite and not provoked the cop. Despite this, the cop is definitely contributing the majority of the problem. After telling the kid to leave, as the kid was following this instruction and leaving, the cop said "Next time I'll break your arm," and provoked the kid, telling him to hit him. Interesting, as this gentlemen wasnt even committing so much as a misdemeanor, at most he was disturbing the peace or being ignorant of the law.
