TheLeardMan is right, Americans are buying everything and as a Brit, I hate to see every company in my country that gets a 'bit' too successful be bought by the yanks, i say fuck off and leave us and other innocent countries alone!
To be fair to Americans they don't actually buy everything, spanish companies bought BAA, Abbey National, teh Frnch adn Germans bought out various electricity / gas providers, Germans bought the mini, chinese Rover, etc...

I worked for a british company and we made 1 Million prof and what did the share ho;ders do........... They shut the factory
