  • I will get one, for my fishing trips..cheers and thanks for posting ;-))

  • nice girl:-D

  • what rabbit??

  • try to stop at 0:04 we can see the cute rabbit... :-)

  • why did they bother making this? i have the surge, this is the best full size, great for a tradesman.

  • how many of those tools do you actualy use? do you carry one of these? if so when and where?

  • Have had both leatherman and Gerber. Both for everyday heavy use at my job. The Gerber far exceeds the leatherman in overall durability. Will never buy leatherman again. Based on many years of using both heavily. Just FYI and of course. opinions vary.

  • The most important preparation for all of us is to have a relationship with our Lord & Savior, Jesus Christ.

  • @shoeman3434 -__- not when a bear is attacking you or when you run out of water....

  • @shoeman3434 jesus doesn't exist, bears most decidedly do exist.

  • @shoeman3434 shut the hell up there is no god you stupid redneck i already hate you and if you put responses like that turn off the computer and turn on the 700 club you republican and if you want more crap from me respond

  • @salesspyder jesus did exist! it has been proven. i dont know if god exist and neither do you but i dont argue about it like immature fags like you. prove to me that god doesnt exist you stupid athiest.

  • Wave or charge tti is much better

  • I love my wave i would like the charge tti but for the money the wave is just fine

the thing that makes the supertool bad is that you have to open up the tool to get to the knife blades

  • i got the core an its awesome.

  • gerber clutch :)

  • but its worth the weight for grabbing hot items when cooking on a camp fire ...i use mine alot when i cook with a trangia stove

  • makes me laugh....when thier worried about weight on thier belt

  • Review a few Gerber Multi-tools, they are a superior product!

Could you do a video outlining the use of liquid fuels vs propane-butane mixes for camp stoves; outside temperature limits, fuel efficientcies and btu output?

  • "A superior product!" Gerber doesn't even usually list the type of steel they use. Gerber's far from superior.

  • @122333nic "C" series stainless, indicates a significant nickel content; thus, making it more stain resistant—and resistant to chipping, soft enough that, you might be able to hammer the blade through a small bolt—not a grade 8 bolt, and probably not SAE, a grade 5, but maybe a grade 3, . . .

  • It would be cool to see you demo the product. Perhaps bring up scenarios that people can/will encounter while hiking/camping/backpacking that would show the usefulness of this tool. I love leathermans. Have a micra, blast, and core.

  • As a wilderness survival channel, how can you advocate a multitool without scissors? The Supertool has several useless items (for wilderness camping/survival), and is missing a few key tools. Leatherman has some great offerings - this is not one.

  • This is just a review of one product. Get over it.

  • You're full of it. I own this one and everything works great its never failed me. This is definitely one of leatherman's best. Don't just post negative things about it before you try it.

  • Great review again short but very informative and yet good gear again.

I was a bit minding obver the weight myself, wanted to get the wave but so heavy lol. But I guess I will go for the charge Ti. I might get used by the weight i guess. Great tool! cya

  • I carry a Leatherman Blast ($50) everyday on my belt, and the weight doesn't bother me much at all. Always comes in handy whenever needed.

  • Nice Video and good review. I have always carried leatherman type tools and find them very useful in the woods as well as at work.I have a SOG powerlock that I have had for years.

  • The weight to me, is comforting as it truly feels reliable. The wire cutter blades as you pointed out can be removed and re-sharpen with it own file if need be or you could buy spare blades and keep them in the tool pouch till need. One big thing you didn't mention is that every tool "Locks" so it wont close on your fingers, not just the knife. A real blessing when using the saw in the outdoors. The lock release works for all the tools and is so wide you can use it while wearing gloves.
