I don't think the character is insanse so much as she is the epitome of what it is to be very young. I think that ironically the part has to be played by someone older thatn the character is, because only someone older can know what it is that is different about being 16. The last line this girl says, "Please God, don't let me be normal," is shockingly honest.  It gave me chills. The rest needs to be felt as strongly as that one line if it is to be acted.

Not bad, but you should research your character a little. You have talent, but this character is kind of, well, insane. And compared to how crazy she is, you're a little boring. But overall, pretty good.
