  • Can someone tell me the difference btwn the Louisiana hot sauce and tabasco sauce? I'd really like to make this however I don't think I can find Louisiana hot sauce in my area... Can I just use regular Tabasco sauce as a replacement or would that screw up the recipe?

  • Steve from Buffalo on wings. Best place for them is the Beef and Barrel in Olean, NY. Best are breaded, and make sure the oil is hot...and the skin is crispy. Then into the hot sauce fast...and eat right away.

  • Wings don't need anything on them when you cook them. They're already flavorful and juicy. As for temperature, it depends on your oven. Preheat the oven to 400F and let it get nice and hot, otherwise you'll end up with soggy wings. Put in the wings and turn it down to about 375F. It takes about 20-25 minutes.

  • Your videos are so awesome! My family is from buffalo and lots of them worked at anchor bar and other buffalo restaurants. I'm gonna try this recipe as soon as possible! I always wondered how you got that true buffalo flavor, and how they always make them so crisp. Cheers!

  • This looks simple....a little too simple. Other recipes say coat the wings with sauce, put tin foil on them, then take it off in 10 minutes, then turn them over every 5, etc. o_0
