  • 0:27 Literally blow your head off? Or figuratively?

  • I love her accent.

  • thats great thanks understand all but not the liquid yellowish that you put inside ; can you tell me ??

  • I can taste the hotness already

  • Ching can "blow my head off" anytime.

  • That's my kinda hot pot. I am such a foodie masochist! The burn, the cough, the sweat, feeling your whole body being cleansed of toxins. Ahhhhh.

  • How do chinese stay so thin when they eat bottles of oil!? That's the only thing I really want to know right now.

  • @Eskhellion

chili burns your fats. And also chinese tea helps

  • @Eskhellion

to add, this is the only chinese dish I see that contains so much oil but she's using it as a dip or stew. You don't drink this like a soup. Also, thin is in our genes LOL =P

  • @Eskhellion In my opinion, traditional Chinese dish in comment families is just a tool to make you eat more steamed bread or rice (that' s one reason why chinese food is usually spicy). so in fact the main energy resource in chinese diet is the cereals.

  • Because there are none/hardly any chinese chefs on TV, this Ching chick took the opportunity to teach "chinese" cooking and make a few bucks. Truth is her cooking isn't authentic at all, just throwning random shit around. I can cook better and i'm shite at cooking.

  • reminds me of a comment Billy Connelly made several years back... "your going to need to put the toilet paper in the fridge for that one"

  • @cormack007 wtf?

  • Hers are not authentic Chinese foods. She reminds me of white people teaching Chinese food or Chinese people teaching Italian food.

  • can you do curry rice of takeaway? Is there a chinese video?

  • hot pot is already a dipping sauce... CHING HE HUANG wow another culinary artist, thanks for the information regarding your Chinese culture... awesome and beautiful cooking witch in front of her cauldron, lol just joking...

  • awesome recipe tyvm

  • she's a firecracker and would like one's mouth afire, like the food.

  • See "Fearsome Foursome Fantastic Chilli"

  • i want to marry her.

  • @xxxdids i dont know if i would go that far, but i would like to do something to her

  • is there a dipping sauce for this hotpot?

  • i wish she'd blow my head off

  • @Gaijin good one

  • She's very nice and inviting.

  • my flat mate made this for me and the other girls on our floor it was heavenly, though it wasnt this recipe,

  • the hottest thing here is ching. wot a total babe. chinese girls rule.

  • @userwl2850 You're on my wavelength.

    .

  • @userwl2850 thats right my g/f is Chinese and shaved up with a real tight pussy....i love to lick the bowl clean.

  • @TheNastyNosher dude ur comments make my little brother stand up...geeez

  • nihao shenmingzhi I think I should go to china. all joking aside, the fiery concept of sichuan mala is no joke, it will F#(& you up if you're not ready for the degree of hotness about to befall you

  • Holy cow. :D

  • I have tried properly cooked Sichuan food more than once in Peking, but I would say it's not on my Top Ten List (not even Top Twenty, to be frank): it's very difficult to appreciate the subtleties of single ingredients' taste and aroma when your tongue is being literally cauterized by tons of chili and pepper. Many Sichuan dishes are OK, but in general that obsession with hot flavourings looks decidedly 画蛇添足 to me.

  • I want a "Girl Friend" like that :))

  • Probably because China seems poised to scoop up the top spot pretty soon... Best to learn Chinese Mandarin to not get left behind in the future imo...

  • Tell that to the East Asian countries and the trillions of dollars they are lending to us English-speaking countries.

  • Yes, but as they can't get their own people to spend recklessly East needs West to keep working!

  • thats good i want to sweat

  • Hi Ching,

You should strat your own cooking class's.

    That if you havnt alright..

    Az

  • she's sexxyyyy

  • I love this concept i.e. teaching people how to make Chinese food. I have had real Chinese food (I lived with Chinese people for 1 year) fresh, tasty and healthy - the food from restaurants is too greasy so you cant taste it.

I love Ching-He's Chinese/British accent its cute - Although I prefer thick Chinese accents like Jane Zhang's she sounds sexy.

  • you eat Pork, lamb, beef, chicken too! they are animal! i grow up in a buddhist family and i can not to eat any meat like pork ,lamb... so i tell u , we do not eat any animal.they are equal with human bings .

she eats dogs , but you eat any other animal.

The pot calls the kettle black.

  • queer lol

  • haha, you r so courtesy. i am very happy to know that you are vegetarian and thank you for your"f**king" courtesy. i'm nothing to say becuase when you know that there are many Vegetarians

in china and of course others are not. and u also attack . so , I hope your God bless u and never punish u. thanks.

  • you don't belong here.will the author remove this comment.

  • lmao

  • i m in singapore now, the food here really sucks, i miss the food in china and i want to go back right now after watching this vid

  • the oil only coats the vegetables, the oil isn't really eaten.

  • Do you have a recipe for "szechuan pickle soup, Please reply

  • You had me till you said tofu lol. Looks good though.

  • tofu is good if people know how to cook it properly. the same goes with any ingredients lol

  • no wonder its so expensive - a whoel bottle of chili oil lol

but its worth it cos its so yum

  • Too hot for me but I love the accent!!

  • i'm hungry now

  • she is hot

  • Comment removed

  • yeah..love chinese people with this accent.

  • alot of spicy ingredients man

    i think...I LOVE IT

  • haha WOW - the whole bottle of chilli oil????

looks very tasty. where can i buy the tangerine peel - would china town london have it?

  • i've had it, it is powerful

  • Yep! u can indeed!

  • Wow lots of chili oil. Very oily, spicy and fatty hot pot! :)

  • wait till you see the authentic one...I like it but don't eat it very often.

  • 我吃完就拉肚子了

  • How many different types of CHILLY ingredients did she add?????

  • many types but hardly enough in quantity, if you want to make the authentic version. Even she's admitted at the beginning of the video. There are people in the world who start eating tons of hot chillies since they are born, you know...

  • A HOT Chinese women cooking good food. What more can I ask for?!

  • shes from taiwan.lol

  • yeah but she is still Chinese by her ethnic origin, isn't she? unless she is one of the native Taiwanese ethnic minority group people?

  • Yes. She's ethnically Chinese. She even refers to herself as Chinese. The Taiwanese opinion on being called Chinese really varies from person to person. Some may get offended if you call them Chinese and some may get offended if you don't call them Chinese.

  • Problem is, if a Han Chinese from Taiwan seemingly plays down his/her brithplace, then local Taiwanese (i.e. those whose family predate the post-1945 influx) can see this as being disrespectful.

Oh, & tie your hair back when cooking Ms Huang!

  • That too. My family's origins are waisheng/'49-mainlanders. I consider myself Chinese but also equally Taiwanese. The two aren't mutually exclusive like how some politicians make it seem!

  • Yes, but I suppose there is a difference between Ethnic & National identities.

The majority on the isaland see Taiwan as being separate from the PRC, indeed many that Taiwan is an independent state. However, ethnically they are all aprt of the Chinese Diaspora - hence I presume Ching's tendency to refer to herself as 'Chinese', although she spent most of her life in UK or South Africa!

  • With a British accent, no less!!! Absolutely amazing. :)

  • I really like chinese foods.

  • beautiful chinese woman

  • oh baby you're making me HOTT

  • I thought you got to soak those mushrooms first before throwing them into the pot.

  • "This is going to literally blow your head off."

I think you better check a dictionary and see what "literally" means.

  • @liuzhou. You think of petty things to complain about

  • If you think displaying your ignorance and saying the opposite of what you really mean is 'petty', then good luck.

  • You made NO sense whatsoever. Jackass.

  • What kind of broth should be used, or stock rather.

  • I think it doesn't really matter, just according to preference. I'd use vegetable, personally.
