I made this video for ME. Because I need some inspiration to stay strong and don't eat the whole fridge when I'm alone. Eating disorders aren't a game. Everybody knows ED can kill you... But I've got an ED since I was 7. I know what it means felling bad when everybody looks at you and says that you're fat and ugly. I lost a lot of weight and now people tell me "oh, you look so cute now!".

i hate that we live in a world where looks seem to be everything. You can still look good if you eat 3 meals a day. Eat healthy but at least eat something!!! You will age quicker if you don't get the vitamins you need to stay vibrant = healthy. Also exercise! it gives you a glow and keeps your body looking toned and fit. But do it in moderation.

There is no need to look the best. People around you will still love you. If your partner doesn't appreciate your body then you shouldn't be with them.

you lose weight, I sure did, but you dont stop at attractive, u stop when ur in hospital with a tube down your throat with a lifetime of yoyo dieting ahead of you and a ruined metabolism.
