Metal really lived back then. Metallica was so bad-ass at this point... and Maiden were already legends. Imagine my reaction when I saw/heard the Metallica- load-album. It was absolutely not the same band you see here. Such a shame.

I remember this documentary very well. I taped it when it was on and kept it until the tape broke. I was 16 back when it was on and was a huge fan of Maiden, Metallica, Slayer, Sabbath and Zeppelin. The Naplam Death segment is great. The old school three parts brummie and one part scouser line up before they became tranaltantic. Good to see this again :)
