@CelticAndProud Back way before European influence and before Europeans settled in and started killing countless animals for sport. Africans didn't need farms, as they do now. They could hunt and feed their people without much worry. Until European influence was forced on them, their country stripped, and the wild animals slaughtered, these European game hunters didn't even try to eat or conserve what they killed but made trophies out of them. Greatly reducing ecological diversity in the region.

@CelticAndProud There is also the fact of growing populations. When another large population tries to settle into Africa there won't be enough resources for both European and African populations. They didn't really rely on wheat crops until Europeans enforced it on them saying 'this is civil, this is what's right'. Crops and farms produce a large problem as you can see here. I'm not saying its European fault and neither is it Animal rights activists' fault, it is the fault of imperialism.

I am from the Southern Part of Africa. Ps it also snows in Ceres and Drakensburg South Africa not as Europe or America but the point is winter exists in Africa.
