Looks like a damp ride.. great on a hot day i guess... Very novel but there is a reason they dont use rotary paddles anymore.. You cant beat the efficiency of the screw propellor. How is this for an idea... if you have time on your hands.. Use the pump out of a dishwasher.. sounds strange but it is a compund water turbine and would make an excelent water jet.
I think you should put it on the rear of the craft and instead of having one reverse direction to make it turn make it have a speed difference to make a turn. This way you don't lose foward momentum during the turn. Also this way all of the splashing would be behind you.
cool, i know he had fun making it and playing with it. but you could sink the boat with that much water flying around. that looked fun but it's useless.
Hey, i am gonna make a prosjekt with waterwheels any1 have any clue how i can Make the waterwheel creat engergy and light a lightbolb? I have the waterwheel,
Don't they splash on you?

Noisy and inefficient. You can get much better performance and longer battery life with propellers.

are you using 24v servo motors?

Do you power the water paddles with an electric battery and motor? How do you have it geared? How does it work? How did you decide how to make it?

I have enlarged the wheel shovel, so I have more strength in the water. Full gas really makes no big sense!
