These are the worst pictures I have ever seen in my life about homeless, abused, uncared for pets. I'm a foreigner living in MX and I have noticed myself how a lot, not all, Mexicans literally don't give a shit about their pets, especially dog and cats. They wander around on the streets eating garbage. Even my bf's parents who "saved" a street dog is full of flees, so is their cat, living under their cars. That poor dog has car oil all over his back at all times. Just feeding it is not saving it
