Then a tractor comes sometimes to keep it clean, and spiders and some insects go around homeless. But as long as I live, I'll kill any of these spiders whenever I find them.

I live in São Paulo, recently found two at my garage's door, most exactly near the ground keyhole. Killed both at a secure distace with a brush, stomping isn't recommended, since they in fact are agressive and can jump. Tarantulas are common at the north and northeastern areas, my wife lived there and says they used to spread alcohol and set fire on them. Around here, secret is to keep the house clean 'n put something like an old cloth between the door 'n the floor. Mom has been attacked once.
