  • This game is THE best game ever.

  • Only one dislike. I'm looking at you, John Henry Eden.

  • Can somebody please find me some sheet music for this on trumpet? I can't find it anywhere...

  • @UberedPancakes blame the one dislike DAMN YOU ENCLAVE RADIO AND YOUR STUPID PROPAGANDA but nice music if your doing a project on the American revolution

  • There are no dislikes because the enclave are speechless.

  • @LyonTheGreatest because you said that someone disliked it ass wipe

  • THE best game I've ever had the joy to own. Bought every single damn DLC.

  • Haha the soundtrack got me through all the ghouls, and super mutants :)

  • I'm 41 years old. This is the first and only modern (post Atari/N64) game I've gotten into. Why? Because the programmers created a compelling and as much as expected, realistic world.

  • @deussolinvictus I'd say more believable than realistic.

    Otherwise, I agree wholeheartedly.

  • @deussolinvictus Ooh, you should try out Red Dead Redemption, I found it as immersive and realistic as Fallout 3 :)

  • Tell your grandchildren the story of fallout, if you're 60 years old

  • 1 guys a dick

  • 1 person had a bad day

  • Does anyone still play Fallout 3 besides me?

  • @Infamous23ish yupp

  • @Infamous23ish i have the urge but my disc broke ;(

  • @TheDogDover Damn well hopefully you can buy another copy unless you don't want to lol

  • @Infamous23ish yes.

  • @Infamous23ish it is the best solo game but because pc games are soooooo crap and to make a good game you need a controller of some sort, fallout online will be terrible. as it will be a pc only game.

  • @MrYaoGuai Ehhh you cant really criticize it until you try it you know but you might be right lmao

  • @MrYaoGuai PC games arent crap.. Counter-Strike, TF2, even Fallout 3 is better on PC. Mods are brilliant, i prefer my 360 but the mods you can get for New Vegas and Fallout 3 are amazing.

  • @Infamous23ish yeah, i do ;P

  • @1010loth The games amazing idk how you would stop xD unless you're getting a new rpg lmao SKYRIM?? xD

  • @Infamous23ish hehe, i know right, it's tons of side quest and secrets that you can explore, or just simply wander the wasteland ;P it's a game u can play over and over without getting boring!

  • @Infamous23ish I do!

  • @Infamous23ish I DO

  • @Infamous23ish I DO

  • @Infamous23ish YES. BEST GAME EVER! When Fallout 4/Online comes out, imma play that

  • @Infamous23ish People act like Fallout 3 is an ancient game. It's only three years old! Of course people still play it!

  • @gunhaver1000 That is very true lmao but still some people don't play it anymore idk why :/ this games amazing.

  • @Infamous23ish You play on the Xbox, don't you?

  • @inukirby992 All 3 xD. PS3, Xbox, and PC.

  • @Infamous23ish I got New Vegas but i don't think its as fun as 3. i'd go back to find new things xD

  • @scalehex Lol yea i agree with you.

  • @Infamous23ish falllout is the shit

  • @Infamous23ish ive played it four times for about 300 hours (avg. 75 hrs per file), last time was a couple weeks ago hbu? F3 is the GOAT btw

  • @Infamous23ish just bought the game for the 3rd time

  • I love this cause whenever im in some creepy spot, i jst turn on GNR, and run into the nearest dark corridor!

  • @wewantsoad I know it helps me to think someone is with you out in the scary spots in the wastes.

  • 1 guy's a supermutant

  • Lone Wanderer: Hey 3 Dog! I found this disc in the wastes!

3 Dog: Let's hear it man!

-Let the bodies hit the floor starts to play-

3 Dog: What the fuck! Turn that shit off! This is 2277 for gods sake! get with the times!

Lone Wanderer: Sorry (Plays Jolly Days)

    3 Dog: Much better

  • @LordVurtax That would be amazing if we had a future like that

  • Comment removed

  • @LordVurtax LOL Yes that is true. This stuff is better than most of what is on today. At least we have youtube to remember it by. :)

  • @LordVurtax wow... I don't want to thumbs up this comment just because it has 69 and it should stay there lol

  • @LordVurtax i can hear three dogs voice saying this..

  • @LordVurtax And you know what? He'd be right.

  • i played this as my dad died in the game it caused mixed feelings

  • the music reminds me of how I scared I was

  • see this is the kind of music the world needs to bring back! i think people would be happier with this music instead of the reterded hip hop and rap shit and hardcore rock bull shit like that. its sad that this music might not be around in the next 100 years. i think we as people need to bring back this kind of music

  • @muffins847

Yes, happy music like this beats the depressing musics that many rappers, rock musicians, etc. put upon us.

  • Nothing better than these gay tunes to keep the morale up in the wastelands where everybody else is up to end your life and steal your caps.

  • one person does not have jolly days.

  • lone wanderer > courier

  • Now thats music!

  • who is the song by?

  • whats the one that sounds like a poker movie song?

  • an army of enclave soilders and several deathclaws meet their doom as you fire

your MIRV, soon you see nothing but a large mushroom cloud while you slowly walk away

  • You are killed by a deathclaw but the sun is still smilling an the music is still playing :D

  • @mrrolle0 lol so right

  • ZERO DISLIKES.

    ZERO.

just speaks for this tune ;)

  • actually a lot of this music is 20s and 30s everyone heres jazz and assumes its 50s. jazz swing was at its peak in the 40s. louis armstrong got popular in the 50s but he changes the jazz scene in as early as the mid 20s.

  • 0 dislikes. damn straight

  • This just in! Unemployment is down, stocks are up, and the UN just declared global peace forever! Now for the real news...Ugh...

  • please stop talking about golden ages where you weren't around. i am so tired of the bullshit being posted about 'those days' being 'the best' and how modern society is awful. the 40's and 50's weren't some perfect society, that is just what people wanted to project. they hid their problems to save face, that's just how things worked back then. just enjoy the music and stop talking trash about everything.

  • @18upper

lison to dear hearts and gental people. maybe that will chang ur mind you dick :)

P.S. modern society SUCKS APE DICK

  • @Alimccoy1 it does suck, but the guy has a point. it's not like the 50's was a ten year period in time where everything was perfect and whatever you touched turned into gold and there was fucking milk and honey flowing through the rivers!

  • @theNEWESTcabloober

ya, but the times were better back then. its was poor, but its better then being ass raped by a mexican

  • @Alimccoy1 hell, i havent been ass raped by any mexicans yet and i dont hear of it happening so maybe you were one of the rare victims?

i will agree thought that it seems like a flattering lifestyle. waking up in the morning, mother has her apron, dad is reading the paper and wearing his business suit. it would be nice, but still, it wasnt perfect, and we gotta make do with our shitty society.

  • God, now I want to buy Fallout 3 myself. I played it at a friend of mines house, it was really fun, but the best thing by far was the music, even though the world was destroyed and depressing, the music helped me have fun in the wasteland.

  • i wish kesha(the whore) and fallout boy(the emo fucks) and all those other bands that are shit, need to make this kind of music! i mean, come on. the music back then deserves a thumbs up! anyone agree? thumbs up if you do!

    P.S. this song RAWKS!

  • @Alimccoy1

When you read Fallout Boy, I thought of the actual Fallout Boy. You know the one.

  • @themanwiththepan Vault Boy? lol

  • @DarthKrattus

    Whatever. Same thing.

  • @Alimccoy1 awww you bitch. i was gonna give you a thumbs up but then you put in the "thumbs up if you agree thing. what a shame.

  • @theNEWESTcabloober

    love ya to :)

  • @Alimccoy1 hahaha. why do you people do that?! its so frustrating when i see one of those comments x)

  • this was the first song that came on when i first listened to gnr!

the first time i played the game was june last year,i still really enjoy it but i wish i could get the feeling i had back then when i first played it!

    good times.

  • I remeber my good old times, hunting mutants, drinking rum & soda, post apocalyptic jazz times! yeah!

  • i think everyone can agree that fallout 3 (and the entire fallout series for that matter) is easily the greatest game ever created. =P

  • @Dennycrumbubble I say that Bethesda fucked up big time. They got the rights, now they might lose them and must give them to Interplay for their MMO.

  • me, my dog named dogmeat, power armor, alien blaster and some food and water wandering the wastes day and night are what i call the jolly days!!

  • If you use Limewire make sure you include its part of the fallout3 soundtrack.

  • Artist name?

  • I think it's Billy Munn, same guy who did the "Jazzy Interlude."

  • actually it's Gerhard Trede. according to Wikipedia

  • Is there any way I can get this song onto my myspace profile?

  • yeah, i remember doing up until about level 4 without figuring out how to use the Pip Boy.

    Unarmed FTW!

  • good one man!

  • OMG takes me back to when i first opened the game on christmas day and didnt know how to play it. i only got it cuz a friend recomeneded it. get this... i survived the captiol bulding with a .32 pistol a 10mm pistol a shitty hunting rifle and 2 stimpacks. good times. i wish i had that feeling again. the feeling of WTF idk how the hell to play this.

  • know what you mean- it's a great feeling. I'll never forget coming out the fault with shitty pistol and looking at that amazing world!

  • i agree

  • @albinoclone lol yeah, manual doesn't explain anything. i killed a behemoth in evergreen mills at level 5 with a sniper i found in a rock near megaton.

  • theres a sniper in a rock near megaton? here i thought i knew about everything

  • Im the same, at the beginning, Im not one of those Read the manual before playing people, i learn as i play, but I had no Idea what the karma was about, like I used to think getting the bad karma, was like...a bad thing if you know what I mean ? I tried to avoid it. and eventually I grasped the game fully, I have done 7 Main questline playthrough xD, and Have completed it in a fastest time of... 3 hours 27 mins.

  • We gotta have more games with this kind of music well games like fallout i guess

  • whats the name of the song played inside tenpenny tower?

  • On the GECK its refered to as Tenpennytower song, so i assume its just created by the game makers, why would you want it? it just goes on forever in the same tune?

  • maybe he wants it for a video he is making or something where he needs to put a little atmosphere?

  • I like to kill the fuck out of the outcast

  • Its funny I have 8000 caps and level 24 but cant get to presidental metro ha ha ha its funny right date 9/11/09 fallout 3 xbox 360

  • What how i cant get past level 20...how???

  • They stop you at it, that's the highest level.

  • or u can get broken steel and play after the main quest

  • Expansion packs. The broken steel add-on ups the level to 30.

  • You need to get the downloadable content called "Broken Steel", I think its around $8.

  • U need 2 get broken steel add-on

  • Get the DLC: Broken Steel

  • i spose you know by now but broken steel allows you to go to lvl 30.

  • get broken steel level cap is raised to thirty plus there's an actual ending

  • Its not like there wasnt before though...well, it was one of those...fill in the gaps yourself kind of thing. dont tell me the end of BS, im doing erm... "Who dares wins" the last one, can I ask...after you do it...can you continue on playing the game, or is it like, an auto save JUSt before you finish you can go back ?

  • me too! I couldnt believe it! youve got to copy your first save file and then start again..

but since i knew what i was doing second time through, ive got better stats, guns, thousands more caps etc..

  • At least I'm not the only one this happend to

  • Xbox i take it? never happens on PC :P

  • Your right Fallout on xbox is pretty cool but on pc its a way better :P

  • LMAO i know how you feel dude, i did the same thing =)

  • to wear it though u need training by the brotherhood at the citadel

  • aaah, the jolly days in the irradiated wasteland and the drinking of contaminated water, the good ol days!

  • @smileWertom12

Yeah, I miss the days when you could drink a soda and it would make your pee glow. :(

  • @smileWertom12 Yeah you can always go on Holiday to Chernobyl, cant be that bad when the entire world is destroyed, infact it would be paradice by comparison :)

  • @Artist3303 oh well in Chernobyl it actually isnt that bad anymore. the radiation is pretty much gone by above 90% so I could go on vacation there

  • @Artist3303 Well just remember that nuclear summer (what Fallout has) will come later. Nuclear winter, which is in my opinion, much worse, will come first. And if the radiation of the snow and the freezing temperatures doesn't kill us, then about a hundred years later when Nuclear Summer comes, we'll have the heat waves to worry about. And because we'll be mostly used to the cold, it'll just be worse. So yeah, even if we DON'T have mutants, we'd still pretty much be fucked.

  • @gmatthew0 Theoretically, nuclear summer would occur 1-3 years after nuclear winter, not a whole century. It's all hypothesized, however - we have no way of knowing what would actually happen if a nuclear war would occur.

  • @stevej71393 While I did regrettably exaggerate, you are correct. However, my point stands that even by that time, our bodies will have adapted, to a degree, to the harsh cold. So sudden heat waves would just be made more devastating.

  • @gmatthew0 Couldn't we just have a Nuclear Spring, where everything is extremely normal?

  • @sx07

    LMAO XD

  • @gmatthew0 That's why we have vaults... - sorry I couldn't resist. :-P

  • this song reminds me of Megaton and Rivet City

  • This song reminds me of fighting ghouls in sewers.

  • lol, Without the music playing, I would be scared as heck ^^

  • Yeah, the music adds some humanity lol, otherwise you get that ominous humming soundtrack which makes you feel very...alone. It's actually kind of interesting if you feel like shitting yourself to put the volume on the tv up and all the lights off, then going into some vault or subway or something

  • amen amen

  • This song only comes on when i'm in the darkest places >,>

  • @DesolatedMind

Yep, this is how I survived the Dunwich building... well...

    there WAS a deathclaw waiting outside the door for me... ;-;

  • @DesolatedMind I'm scared even with the music. :D

  • @DesolatedMind

jup i have a character and i didnt do the GNR mission and i am doing point lookout AND HELL ITS SCARY

  • late 30s early 40s...

  • I love this, great job :)

  • 0:46

  • yea!

  • You know it sucks that they dont make music like this anymore. The 50s were truly the golden age. Full of happiness. Now music is GARBAGE. All music talks about now is gangs, voilence, misery, and emo shit. Its really a shame that people listen to that garbage and dont listen to true music like this, but listen to crap u cant even call music. The 50s were the golden ages. Right everyone?

  • most of the fallout songs are from the 40s but thats okay who really cares

  • You are correct.

  • yea tru they do come from the 40's but the 50's were jus KICK ASS!

  • Boy, you sure like to copy this message everywhere...not that I am disagreeing with you or anything.

  • yeah uhh get yur decades straight this is from the late 30's/40's sooo....

  • yeah man! you said it right! who can forget the classics??? its like forgeting your phone number! LOL i know it makes no sence XD

  • i hatez mah life LOLZ

you also forgot about rape, sex, porn, girls, women, robbing chinese gas stations, if i have to get every reason, i think that you would be like 83 when im done

  • @DanielOudolsky I think that's a stretch. I think constant jolliness is boring, and not to mention not ballsy at all to admit feelings other than happiness. I'm just stabbing in the dark here, but I think it had to do with post WWII where ppl wanted a rest from the horrors, and when Cold War hit any dissenter was a potential suspicious commie, so... Idk, there may be a lot of nonjolly music in that era, but the pieces selected for FO3 maybe for ironic smiling under totalitarian democracy.

  • @DanielOudolsky

Well, each decade has had its own masterpieces. I've not yet discovered any from the 90s and 2000s, but such things take time.

  • @DanielOudolsky fuck yeah

  • @DanielOudolsky

    hell yea!!

  • @DanielOudolsky Oh, I'm working on big band stuff for my new album, subtly though, some classic rock, then near the end of the album, I have some nice big band stuff. Sounds high quality, so it's less enjoyable.

But I see you're right.. I wish there was more 40's music. This isn't 50's.

  • @UpPhoenix Neil Peart from Rush helped bring together all of the best drummers in the world to do 2 big band tribute albums in memory of Buddy Rich.(Burning for Buddy vol 1 and 2) Neil's playing on those is here on the tube which Peart also plays some tracks on.Neil knew where the real players came from,Big Bands and Jazz. You used to have to know how to read notes to play music...I've heard some the biggest today admit they can't.They just know chords.

  • @DanielOudolsky i do enjoy this music more than music nowadays, but people have to remember that they stopped making music like this because they became BORED of it! so stop complaining!!

  • @DanielOudolsky

i like this music and all the other "garbage" out there

the only garbage i dont like is rap and ur moms pussy

  • @DanielOudolsky 40's weren't bad. some early 60's were too

  • Good times

  • I've never heard some 30's/40's/50's songs before playing FALLOUT 3.

Wow... I missed great sound. And I'm young.

  • Same here.

  • yup same here to!

  • same here

  • yup let those seeds grow, music back then is like, grass! and the music today, there like weeds! it teaches kids/teens to rob chinese gas stations, rape, women, gangz ETC so i agree more with you then anyone

  • honestly I can see where your coming from but let me remind you not all music contains such depravity. usually raps and hip hop but i'am more of a classic rock kinda guy with a lot of jazz on the side.

  • Cant help but laugh when torching a couple of damn raiders to " set the world on fire"......

And sticking a mine in an unsuspecting civilian!! "P

  • lets see if you super mutant sunz a b*tches are immune to gun fire !!!!! FALLOUT3 rules

  • FO3 had one of the best soundtracks I've heard in a while, THX for the uploads.

  • which is the 1 were theres like a "colored" girl singing and shes like il move the mountains if he wants them out of the way

  • billie holiday - crazy he calls me

  • I like listen to mighty might man when i have the power armor and i take down one of those behemothz

  • can i ask, i'm not very far through the game (i don't think) but how far from the end of the game do you get to wear power armour. I REALLY want it BUT I dont want to finish the game :L

  • You don't need the power armor to finish the game. You can get the power armor training in the Citadel (Brotherhood of Steel's HQ)

  • yeah you can follow the main quest and look for power armor that way....or...you can beat the fuck out of a brotherhood of steel member or an enclave soldier and pry the power armor off their corpse once you're done (if you have the balls to attempt it)

  • no.
