  • ¡¡¡I love it!! i love love it!!! *o*

I love it

  • wow he's great :D ow long has been playing?

  • This is amazingggg! (:

  • He plays soo good and with awesome dynamics for such a young boy!

  • That's some talent.

  • He's very talented.

  • Beautiful! I'm just now watching all your old videos. This is incredible!

  • omg..... he is such a genius

  • this is incredible... it would have driven my violin teacher crazy the way your elbow and shoulders were flapping up and down, but who cares?

  • Hihetetlen!!!!!

  • mis respetos para este niño!! what a great performance!! i like a lot the arrangements of this version..in the next 5 or 6 years he will be a famous and world well recognized violinist!!! good for him!!! he seems to enjoy playing!!excellent!

  • holy.......shit.......

  • try not 2 bend ur elbow(not a goood posture) but other than thar u r really good

  • ???

you can't really not bend your elbow when you play.... do you mean how he moves it up and down a lot vertically?

  • yea thats wat i meant lol

  • fantastic!

  • Even i can't play that well

  • you're amazing little boy :) keep it up!

  • amazing! :D

  • I liked how you were about to change the volume... you weren't just hitting the notes. Good job.

  • i can't believe it

  • Muito lindo. Veryyyyyyy GOOD

  • Good work! 5/5 rate.

  • Duzhe diakuiu za garnu pidtrymku zemliaka !!! Snachala postav svoi videos ... i potim krytykui ( jaja ... snachala pyshytsia razom ) ;) Pryvit Kievu ( tam ia narodyvsia )

  • Um, what language are you speaking? Or typing, in this case?

  • Oh my god!!! Someone fix his left arm!!!!

  • ???!!!

  • @iToucheverything what's wrong with it? it looks wonderful to me! my violin teacher is constantly getting on me about not getting my arm around enough and he does this flawlesly! good job stepan.

  • @violinistgirl13 Well, I guess it is good to get your arm around. But from the looks of it, its just too exaggerated. Potentially causing too much stress on the shoulders...And for a good violinist at such a young age, that would suck if he caused any injury to himself later on...

  • @iToucheverything Best criticize my new videos

  • @iToucheverything but he's not 10 anymore. and his arm still looks perfect and relaxed and that is exactly what it needs to be for higher positions. i have troubles with higher positions on the g string because i can't get my arm around enough.

  • @violinistgirl13 Best criticize my new videos

  • I know people in college music programs who aren't half this good. You go, boy!!

  • he should add on some speed in the beginning before going so accenty.

  • oh my god.. he's adorable XD

  • ive seen many vids of young children playing like pros; however, the vast majority of them don't seem to really enjoy playing, the way this kid is

he'll make it far because he really enjoys what he's playing

  • :D bitch... im tryin for this so long and he´s made it even with his tiny fingers...

  • ı can not say anything and ı think it is so obvious to understand what ı say for him!! comments are very nice cause he is wonderfull .excellent!!

  • Wonderful work! By the way, there is nothing wrong with a child to be very good at something. The only diservice he'll see is if he isn't well rounded as he grows. Unfortunately, music is something that one can be very very good at and know nothing about (how it works). Again...nice work.

  • Thank's

  • That is absolutely true: there's no reason why kids can't make music that's just as good and for all the same good purposes as adults--and some are even better at it than adults. This ageism frustrates me...children should be allowed to follow what they love--and that includes music performance.

  • although i dunno how to use any musical instrutment, but this kid is so pro n gifted!

  • he should try to use his wrist on his bow arm.. looks bit tense, he has potential though..

  • my god... and how old is this kid... 10!!! ok... well.. im 15 and i cant even play that... well ive never tried it but OMG!!!! its sounds so beautiful.... and yes the tempo is alittle bit fast but i think its perfect... so energetic, so passionate... god... made me fucking cry.... keep at it boy... you will inspire me to play and keep playing :D

    very beautiful....

he obviously loves playing...whenever a kid or anybody is opening there mouths in a piece anytime at all they enjoy what they do.

  • The kid is good. I hope his parents didn't push him.

  • mucho mejor!!!!!!!! en la velocidad!

  • looks like you love the music

    GREAT !!!

  • ESTE NIÑO ES MI DIOS

  • I also play the violin myself, but this kid needs to get outdoors, get some fresh air, and play some sports or something!! It's very bad to be indoors all the time!! I suggest biking, it's a great form of exercise, you can get amazing scenic views.

  • what makes you think he doesn't get out doors?!?! I mean, just cuz he's super good at the violin, likes to stick some speed in it, has it memorized perfectly, that doesnt' mean he never gets outside! I practice 6 hours a day, and still go outside:P

  • Look at the clothes he's wearing, all neat and proper like a little gentleman, much too formal for a little boy his age. Boys his age usually wear t-shirts with some kind of print on them, something a little more relaxed and informal.

  • He's getting video'd. Wouldn't you dress nice if you were getting vidoe'd?!! (duh)

  • I have seen the sheet music for this partita, and this kid is playing it much too fast!! Bach wrote this in sixteenth-notes, NOT in thirty-second notes!!! He needs to slow down all the notes by half their duration. Great intonation, though, and he's very impressive for being so young.

  • He's actually only going a little bit fast not by that much. timing was a little dodgy at the start tho, but thats still better than i can do so meh.

  • "Poor kid, Its obvious he's being forced to play."

  • play the first note up bow so you can hear the D#

  • Alucinante interpretación

  • Man is he a genius

  • WEll, yes, memorizing the whole music..... but how LONG did you took you to memorize I wonder?

My friend is also violin genius, he's damn good. He's now working on Vivaldi summer concert. Because of him, I'm 2nd leader of 1st violin damn it! Oh well, you still did a nice job.

  • Poor kid, Its obvious he's being forced to play.

  • Yeah......his parents are very strict, I think. Look at his violin, it's normal violin, not like mine, which is Guernarri;bought it for huge price but my parents bought it for me when I got all A+s. Also, his violin is big for him....... It's obvious that his parents doesn't want to pay good money to but his violin.

  • I think you mean a Guarneri but never the less nice!

how much did you pay for it? i imaging lots of G's O_O

And you can't really infer anything from this video...you can't see his life story or anything. Also, the quality is fuzzy so you can't really tell if it's a cheap violin either, not all good violins are dark brown and have spots everywhere. It might even be the fact that he's a kid and can be careless sometimes and it would be a great misfortune if he breaks his instrument somehow

  • finally someone on my side?

  • I'm seriously impressed

  • AM UR FAN

    well done

  • THAT'S AMAZING

  • i love him.

  • okay this is amazing..

  • he looks like he's having so much fun. that's what it's all about

  • FUCK YEAH YOU PLAY VERY WELL KID

  • :jaw drops to the floor with amazment:

  • I would almost bet that the play is pre-recorded. a mastery at heart and form. excellent job.

  • I've been around musicians for the majority of my life... I also assist professors in placing (auditioning) other student musicians in certain classes, so I know what I'm talking about........ and I have to say you have more talent than most violinists twice your age. Keep up the good work! I'm sure you're gonna be a name to look out for in the future.

  • i think you played this wonderfully, there are however a few things i want to point out. your left elboy is way too far forward, the room makes the sound ecco horribly, also i don't really get/like the sudden dim.-cres. and rit. i think you should take the loure a bit faster, you looked borred while playing it and almost constantly stared at the camera =/ i like your sound, under all the eccoing, and your technique =]

  • The echoing did make the sound kind-of odd, but I'm sure he's adding the dim and etc., because he's making music, not just playing notes. I've done it with Partita No. 2, and it makes it a lot more beautiful. It's actually easier to play notes that cross 3 strings (and other complicated things like that in this piece) when your elbow juts out like that, and is, quoted by my orchestra teacher, the correct way. I looked at the camera a lot when I was his age, and I'm sure we're not the only ones.

  • normally child prodigies are just robots, but this guy puts a lot of emotion and expression into it.

  • Oh my. I wish I could have played like that when I was ten. A few notes are out of tune, but I can't really criticize him when he clearly has so much talent. Find me another ten year old who can sit down and memorize this piece.

    Very Lovely!!

  • Slow down a little bit on the Prelude, a few notes are out of tune. But well done, being able play these pieces so young.

  • bravo!

  • ooohs.

  • wow que bonito suena! keep it up! =D

  • I must say its really amazing because of ur age :D congratulations keep it that way!

I think u give so much rubatto to Bach, we gotta have in mind that he's from the Barroque maybe some rall at the end but dont exagerate the ones at the middle.

Also try doing kinda more stacatto the beggining notes, in my opinion gives it more of an introduction! :D

Just as an opinion ^^ pls correct me if im wrong :D

    Cheers! :D

    U play so nice.

  • Muchas gracias por sus comentarios.Nos llevan a pensar...

  • de nada xD btw i play the piano and love music! :D

  • He is simply amazing. How old is he?

  • 10 years , in May , 11 !

  • wonderful!!!!you took my breath away!!!

  • loure is supposed to be a dance...like all the bach movements. You play it in slow motion. before every bar should be like a pickup, in fact it is more acurate to play all of the pickups as 16ths and not as 8ths. try dancing to your interpretation :) very talented boy. needs a good teacher...

  • continued (2)... Was that your own interpretation, or one of your teacher's? Either way, it was a thoroughly enjoyable listen. You must be incredibly proud!

  • continued... You play wonderfully already and we all know what you're capable of. It's now time to slow down and approach the piece in a different, more musical manner. Nevertheless, you play with such ease and spark.

The Loure is IMO more difficult to play than the Preludio and demands a much higher lvl of musical maturity. Your performance was very good indeed.

  • Very good! Although I might not agree with your interpretation, your technique is good (especially for a 10 year old!). IMO you should take away some speed and play some of the bits more in tune. People are more interested in hearing the notes played properly. I get the feeling you are skipping over some notes for sake of impressing the audience.

  • hey it was great ...keep on the hard work

  • Stepan Grytsay, is it?? I will keep an eye out for him in the near future.

  • hehe...very cool dynamic! :-)

  • Sounds good! He should feel proud - and smile more! What's this guy's name?

  • beautiful, i love the dynamic! excellent...

  • you are so great. I can not reach as yours....Tyson

  • wow...congratulation :)

  • O_O Superb

  • Impressive! Keep up the good work:)

  • Much better than the other time. Kept your tempo nicely!

  • You are amazing for your age. Keep up the hard work!
