I'm gonna have to get mine pulled at some point... I'm not getting anasthetia(sp?) though. You guys are crazy to be put to sleep during this. What if the dentist fucks with you while your asleep? What if they go through your pockets or something? WHAT IF YOU DIE? Do you want to die while you're asleep and not able to grasp the situation? Fuck that. I'll take a shot of novacaine, get all nice and numb, and I'll let them start cutting. I want to be aware of what's going on around me.

This was a funny video to watch! I got my wisdom teeth removed last summer. 2 of them were impacted. I also didn't think it was that bad at all either. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that I couldn't eat solid food for about 2 weeks or so. But, other than that, I didn't remember anything at all besides the IV needle that was being put into me and falling asleep. I also listened to my iPhone during the process, and it literally just felt like I was in a deep sleep!

I just got one of my molars out yesterday! it did not go well! 4 injections, surgery and stitches, took an hour and a half, it was hell!!!!! my left side of my face looks like a hamster cheek at the moment, its crazy. Fair play to you David, Kudos :)

Is this the year of wisdom teeth removal for 25ers? xD I just removed my wisdom teeth last week after trying to avoid it for 4years. But it hurt so much already. You know here in Spain it is kinda different. I got local numbness in my mouth and did the operation awake. Couldn't eat anything solid for at least 4 days it was horrible. Btw how could you drink hot coffee after the removal? Didn't it become inflamed?
