    Can you help me ?

    herve.borg@bbox.fr

    Thank you

  • i thought this was meredith from the office when i saw the link

  • she hooks..... its apparent

  • this video was not about EOD. it was more like where she's traveled to

  • HAHAHAHA. THE REASON THE PETTY OFFICER IS A WOMEN IS BECAUSE IF SHE WAS NOT PEOPLE WOULD START BITCHING. WOMEN DONT DO THE REAL WORK SOO WHY SHOULD THEY BE SHOWED LIKE THIS?

  • I'm all for equal rights, but women don't really belong in combat jobs and you know it.The most dangerous thing they can do is EOD.

  • @AgentSpiral

not true. if they are capable, why not? females dont need special treatment

  • @winnryautomail No, you are wrong. That IS why women are not allowed in combat teams. They also physically do not have the stamina, strength, and physical prowess that a man has - it's simply science. But the biggest reason for the women not being allowed on combat teams is this - psychologically, men cannot handle the death of a woman very well. It was proven in various tests in the early 00's. That is why they are not allowed as front line combat troops.

  • @TKMSeznam12 If a woman meets the requirements then what would be the problem....If you meet the requirements then OBVIOUSLY you do have the stamina, strength, and physical prowess. Wow.....

  • @shelbyosgood The only problem is that women don't meet the requirements for combat teams. Ha ha. They aren't allowed in combat teams, go argue with the US Military, not me.

  • @TKMSeznam12 Were not allowed in combat teams cuz studies have been shown that men get protective over the women and fuck everything up....all i can do is thank you

  • @shelbyosgood

actually, that study, which was conducted in Israel was found inconclusive.

  • @TKMSeznam12

alot of females do meet them.

  • @jlove150 When women do a righteous amount of exercise...they don't have a monthly period. The body stop producing estrogen and produces testosterone.

Also yea...there are some females who can. Shows how much you know.

  • all this s*** talk about women. lol i think y'all just in love with females and don't wanna see them get hurt. @jlove150 Have you heard of an IUD? last 5 years. those monthly issues, as you call them, are now gonet ;) so thats not the issue. I could agree some what with what tbehm1 said about " -No testosterone=less muscle mass/ slower muscle recover"

  • ooooh i broke a nail

  • actually females can be EOD, diver and search and rescue. Women apparently can do it, because they have been doing it. Females cant be SEALs or SWCC yet though.

  • Thank you K3R1H. You obviously know more about Spec Ops than clopes87

  • You are right to an extent...Women can be EOD, although can NOT be attached to NSW or any other SOCOM units. People seem to think that EODs is a direct action/combat rating, and it's not. They are techs- thats it! Navy EOD pipeline is a little different then the other branches where a lucky few [men] get the shot to attach to NAVSPECWAR, roll with the SEALs/Army SF/Ranger bats...etc. and go on to advance schooling, but most never see a gun fight. The "Hurt Locker" is grossly inaccurate.

  • @dondretaylor23 no there rnt go to the navy website it says no girls can be in the navy SEALs

  • @dondretaylor23 oh yea? women can be seals? let me see the proof.. i'm in the navy and i know for a FACT that women can't be seals.

  • monthly ovulation makes womens physiology combat ineffective. sexual tension can distract soldiers during high risk scenarios. predetermined bilogical fight/flight patterns will cause men to take illogical risks for women, especially after a bond like BUDs. to make it fair for women though i will shout out that it has been proven that women perform much better physically and mentally in flight/airborne scenarios

  • @clopes87

please, women have dealt with periods for thousands of years. it's not that big of a deal. Men just think it is. And that study about Males taking risks to save females was actually a study conducted in Israel, and was found inconclusive. Yet it went viral on the web.

  • @dvfball33 Statements like "you can't make it, you're a woman" shows that you're a misogynistic idiot.

The opponents of women in combat roles ignore the truth. Women have served on warships and combat aircrews for years, and more recently on the ground in Iraq and Afghanistan.

There has been NO surge in pregnancies, and NO significant combat failures attributed to the presence of women.

By ignoring the achievements of female soldiers, you steal their valor and ignore their pain.

  • the problems with having women in combat arent pregnancy surges, although im sure the rate does go up somewhat (people in high stress situations are obviously going to be more sexually active), but in the simple fact that men will often do stupid things to protect women, especially in combat. wether or not women need protecting is another debate entirely, but its what men do, and a commander cant afford to have a unit put at risk by the actions of his men attempting to protect/rescue women

  • For those interested, there is a vid of a British female officer Captain Judith Gallagher doing this in Afghanistan

-The Panther's Claw - Afghanistan @ about 7:40 into the vid with the Black Watch Reg.

  • propaganda

  • she is lying they told me that you work 12 hr days know how she got time to buy a house and decorate is beyond me??

  • @yobiworld They DO get time off from work, you know, just like everyone else. And if she wants to buy a house and decorate in her time off, that's her business.

  • that's on average when she's not deployed...makes sense. plus she lives near base.

  • Very cute and articulate.

  • omg that Rachel Cassidy is smokin hot with a fantastic voice!

  • good comment.

  • I'm currently serving active duty in the US Navy and I can't agree with you more.

  • ok ok ok.... enough of these bullshit comments made by uneducated highschoolers... let get real here! If you are all serious about the navy and interested in the SEALs then you wuld know that you can enlist directley into SEALs and/or EOD. Once you hve taken the ASVAB you must score high enough first off to even qualify for and navy special peations including SEAL, EOD, Diver, or SWCC. You must then pass a rigerous PST observed by your regions spec ops recruiter. One doin this you can then apply

  • Its so funny all these kids who are like "im gonna be in the seals" and most of them left school at age 16..

Most seals now days have university degrees

  • actually you dont enlist into the SEALs, you need to go to BUD/S first.

  • You can get a SEALs contract when you enlist but you still need to go through BUD/S and SEAL training to become a seal.

  • yeah but what i meant was, you cant just join into the seal teams and say your a seal once you join the navy. ive seen alot of people who think this is true, and its obviously not.

  • You get to save lives... -_-

  • quote: would "i get to kill people?"

You should not want to kill people. This is not anti military, it is human nature.

  • @yngbullwnohorns lol that guy should be a Marine EODT

  • @yngbullwnohorns nature is killing watch animal planet some time

  • Don't you disrespect my navy like this, don't you put my marines through this.

  • lmfao! hes a poser

  • your 16 years old... "trust me"??? EOD is a much better gig, but is your "fall back"?? so being second best in YOUR mind is OK with you?? We don't need you with an attitude like that, nor do the guys that would be working beside you. do some research before you go shooting off you suck.

  • hmm instructor brian??

  • @eodbrian1 He's not saying he wants to be second best. He's saying he wants to try for the SEALs first, and if that doesn't work out (last time I checked, BUD/S has an 80% failure/dropout rate) he wants to go into EOD.

  • Men are naturally warriors. Just look at history. Its no sexism just realism. Women aren't allowed in combat and thats good.

  • @dvfball33

Women are warriors in Female dominated societies. Only when men think women need protecting in patriarchal societies do they become the wimps they are in America and other western cultures. For your info, I was raised playing army too. Humans as animals are naturally warriors. If you look at nature, both sexes fight. Same should be with humans.

  • women arent allowed in special operations

  • Women are NOT Allowed on Subs. Perhaps you are just trying to sound good. I personally am all for women have equal rights. But as far as subs they ate not allowed on subs.

  • @Joelibra633

    yes they are...

  • EOD is the military's bomb squad and its open to women obviously because its not in Combat Arms (their not supposed to fight)

  • I thought they do fight - as far as I know they receive weapons training and actually go out into the battlefield with m16s and stuff - if they don't need to fight then why do they carry all those weapons?

  • Hell yes, they do more than that. They are qualified, highly trained, skilled warriors who are experts in explosives, diving(300ft, thats DEEP), parachuting (30,000ft thats HIGH, HALO territory), weapons, and small unit tactics. They also have to be clear of legal issues to be "eligible for secret clearance".

  • yeah.......... EVERYONE IN THE MILITARY learns how to shoot M16s. desk jockeys are issued weapons and carry them as well. EODs are not "supposed" to fight, but it does happen sometimes. rarley though.

  • whoa, "bomb squad" is a bit of an understatement. There are so many tasks EOD teams engage in, too many to list.

  • wats a EOD?

  • Explosive Ordnance Disposal

  • I support our troops 100%.

  • Military life with women incorporated into the work force is probably a fantasy come true for alot of men and a represents a relaxed work environment.

Conversely, the circumstances enable adultery, random pregnancy, and high rape epidemics.

According to the Navy Times, a Marine was sentenced to prison for raping a preteenage girl in Okinawa in 1995.

Numerous incidents from that time seemed to follow through most branches of the military.

Have you ever seen a pregnant F-16 mechanic at work?

  • Go the ladies !! Woot Woot!!

  • not true

  • Well since im have a vagina, and i cant go for seals(other specops), i guess ill jyst have to settle for EOD

    :-/

    *sigh*

Yeah that makes me mad to :/ sooo its the eod for me XD

  • @KellyXVegas Well... there's a really good reason women aren't allowed in the SEALs (I can't speak for other SpecOps).

    Two words: Monthly Period.

Blood in the water + sharks = bad idea.

Or, at least, that's what I was told. I could be very, very wrong about why women aren't allowed in the SEALs.

  • EOD aren't just on land, the spend time in the water too, so that's not the reason women can't be in SEALs

  • @Akennedyc122 A number of reasons..

-No testosterone=less muscle mass/ slower muscle recovery

-Not showering for 10 days while wading through swamps =yeast infections

-Berthing- Where they gonna sleep? shower? Harassment nightmare.

-Need to protect women = poor decision making.

If anyone honestly thinks women can be operators, they have absolutely no idea the physical beating the body goes through to get there. Women simply can't physically do it or recover fast enough...80% men can't do it.

  • @tbehm1 funny considering women do have testosterone. Not as much as men however, because testosterone turns into estrogen, they obviously at one point had more then men.

2nd showers have nothing to do with getting a yeast infection. Sleeping around gets you a yeast infection, or if you have an improper balance of yeast in your diet.

3rd They can sleep in the outside just like everyone else has to in war time. Not that hard.

4th I don't know where you are getting those "facts"

  • @winnryautomail Actually improper hygiene is the biggest reason for yeast infections. Usually from improper disposal of tampons or underwear. This can cause an issue when outside in damp conditions. That is why women are not allowed in combat teams.

  • @TKMSeznam12

because of yeast infections...please, that can't be the reason. Women get yeast infections often the way it is, and it don't kill no one. It's not that big of a deal..

  • @Marynicole830 It is if it isn't treated. So are UTI's, menstrual cycles, and incessant bitching.

  • @TKMSeznam12

Please, get pregnant. You get yeast infections that can't be treated for 9 months. It wasn't bad. Most of the time I didn't notice it. UTI's also come when your pregnant. Learned to deal. Periods only last 3 days, and their easy to ignore.

  • @Marynicole830 Basically, what I'm saying is that women like you shouldn't be allowed in a team. Why? Because look at how you have a typical woman behavior - you just can't shut the hell up.

  • @TKMSeznam12

Men in the military do to. The bitch and whine more than any person I've seen. They have a good reason for it, but I'm just saying. How do I know? I married one.

  • @Marynicole830 Navy, Airforce, or Coast Guard don't count.

  • @TKMSeznam12

He's in the Army, and we went through our first deployment last year....

  • @TKMSeznam12

And yes they do count. Navy and Air Force both have jobs that have alot of BS and hard work, and so does the coast guard. Say that to a Corpsman...

  • Apparently you never had been to Iraq or Afghanistan yourself. Navy Seals, Seabees and Civil Affairs units, along with sailors integrated into Army & Marine Corps commands are currently serving down range. They number in the thousands. The fight in the war on terrorism is a team effort form all of our armed forces.

  • The navy eod techs are the ones out there dealing with alot of the IEDs you hear about.

  • remodeling. Yeah, of course, because a REAL EOD remodels and goes shopping. Sorry, but she is not a practicing EOD

  • lol tablesturn hahaha! "She's not practicing EOD" you know, we do have a LIFE outside of work! roflmao!!

  • I am glad this sailor is a spokesperson for our military. Those of you who are critical of this women, show me what you have done for this country.

    Kurt Olney

  • Mmmmmmmmmmm... smell that? that's the smell of propaganda!

  • ... that's the smell of informed decision making?

  • No...no, dirty...dirty politically motivated propaganda.

  • I miss EOD!

  • kinda badass woman. hooyah SC
