Here is my view. Her boyfriend has just left her. She was happy with him and didn't ever think about splitting up. Now she has to get used to living on her own again. She knows she'll manage to do it even though her heart's hurting now. It's hard just to say goodbye to everything which was so important to her but she knows that she has to move on and she does her best to keep going. What she feels now is only pain. All she can do is wait for better days which will surely come someday.
