  • The military guy who was yelling was the same dude who played the scientist on the Help movie.

  • If I was to ever asked to write an essay entitled, How LSD Affected the Beatles, I would just give them this instead.

  • I don't know if this is surposed to make sense. 'Cause it doesn't...

  • hahaha john was sleeping on george and he is like Get Off of me John!

  • @Binca954 really...huh if Depp is playing one of them he's good for playing George....

  • @scarvesonguitars No, Yellow Submarine had more of a plot line. This made no sense at all.

  • 6:34 'second gear'

  • I love victor spinetti :)

  • Ringo was like "What the bloody hell is he saying" in 2:28 XD

  • @worldcitizenforever He was not a bad drummer. He just wasn't a "showy" drummer, that's all. Ringo was rock solid and could give you any beat on command. Ringo was known for getting right the first time, it was extremely rare for him to "screw up."

  • @worldcitizenforever Well, music for THAT time was never the same. We really started getting lost around the mid-'70s and it's been a long slow cancer ever since.

  • @beccaiscolness4life Yes,when they were going to film school or college,MMT was shown some movie theaters and some college campus's.

  • What the...?

  • Well, well, well. Isn't this an odd movie?

  • Pardon me but what hat is Ms. Winters wearing?

  • is it just me or is the sergent the scientist from help?

  • @talypollywaly Yeah that's him - he's also in A Hard Day's Night :L

  • Did anyone notice that that was She Loves you right before the race?????

  • this is great made for tv-movie,no wonder Steven Spilberg and other movie directors praised this film.

  • The songs are AMAZING, but the story just does not flow!!! Besides the jumbled storyline, MMT is a great Beatles film!!!!

  • 2:42 WHY????

  • the sargeant is harder to understand then chinese

  • ahahah i love it when he feeds the cow:')

  • The Sargeant Major is brilliant in this seen. Amazing acting.

  • 'She Loves You' LMAO EPIC

  • Does anyone else understand what the recruiter is saying? Cause I cant.

  • @badgernine: I don't think you're supposed to understand. If ever you are confused during this movie, just go with it, 'cause everyone else is too. haha

  • this is an odd movie

  • @15yeraoldhippie well it made sense to four guys in 1967. lol

  • so funny!

  • I love Ringo's voice when he says "why?" =) Loved Paul's laugh too XD

  • Comment removed

  • loving Pauls laugh at 1:39!

  • lol the soldier! woaciwhfwuidsrfncudsfn xD

  • im so confused.......

  • @worldcitizenforever Hey music today wouldn't be much without them. i couldn't imagine history without them. I wish I were born in those days seriously. The only thing that pisses me off is why did John have to go and marry Yoko. I think it split them up. I really do.

  • @worldcitizenforever you are a hater, and a fucking fag.

  • I wonder what his lines were like in the Brittish Army scene...I wonder how that was described. I'm dying laughing. XD

  • did anyone else hear "she loves you" at 4:20

  • Who's the narrator ?

  • @krissyjeshi: John

  • she loves you yea yea yea :D

  • i don't really get the bus part...

  • No, technicolorsongbird, it is awesome!! It reflects the nuttiness and freedom of expression of the sixties.

  • Don't get me wrong I am totally obsessed with the beatles but all I could say after watching that was, "I'm confuse"

  • There's something very Pythonesque about this film.

  • What the hell was that sergeant guy even saying?

  • hfdsknsoosdjfklos vnnskiaeihj ooooooooooamscbhdhasbck,

    That should answer your question^.^

  • @CHAPAPA96 Hahaha thanks! xD

  • 4:12 She Loves You is the background music! Eeee!

I love how in all their movies, they often have instrumental versions of old songs as the soundtrack.

  • 0:36 : Is Mal Evans, road manager of The Beatles...

  • Whats with that monkey mask? CRAZY, but I looove it!!

  • Lol!! They start running before the guy says go. wow, a whole bunch of midgets in speedos. I want George's mini cooper. This is the most random movie I've ever seen, but I love it. Its like how I think, one moment I'm on one subject, and the next second, I've gone o to somtheig else

  • Hey, is the song played during the race an external song? If it is, can anyone tell me the name?

  • Haha I so expected one of the Beatles to win that race from all that running from the fans stuff, so that'd make them faster :P

  • Ringo is so good looking :') mmm ahaha

  • George is like get off of me john xD lol 1:08

  • I know Beatles Memorabilia can be quite expensve, but how much would the bus cost?? i want it! :D

  • Its owned by Hard rock Cafe

  • Is that George's Mini?

  • the whole film is a metaphor?

  • does anyone know when this movie came out? 1966? 65?

  • It came out in 1967 on the BBC who aired it on December 26. They only aired it in black in white, which probably ruined it for most of the viewers.

  • why??? yougetyerbloodyassouuttaahherrrrrrrreee

  • hahahahahahahahaha!!! i luv this movie...

  • ROFL! I Love how Ringo just takes the Bus so casually. Favorite part of the movie.

  • I think Spinetti is lobbying for a place in Monty Python's Twit Race.

  • TOTALLY.

  • ms. winters=HAWT!

  • so fucking weird

  • Comment removed

  • At 4:25 the music is "she Love You"and what is with the midgets everywhere!

  • I love Spinetti! It's just not a Beatles movie without Victor!

  • Little midget guy 4:48-4:55 :D

  • This hysterical guy is HILARIOUS !!! XD

  • Haha, am I the ONLY ONE who thinks this movie is awesome without the need of a trip?!

    :D

  • @technicolorsongbird no you're not,,,but tripping does help,,,lol

  • 0:05 was Hitler on the Magical Mystery Tour? Lol. I <3 The Beatles!!!

  • Well they didnt becom famous for their movies...

  • hahaha good morning miss winters miss winters miss winters its a quite funny movie!!! very druggy though!! and there's no purpose to it and it took me a while to get what was happening but its a great movie and it makes me laugh!!

  • dear god, and i though "help!" was wierd!!! am i supposed to have any idea whats going on, because there hasnt been a single moment where im not thinking "WHAT THE HELL?!'

  • Yeah, the Beatles pretty much did the first thing that popped into their heads for every film, this is more random then monty python O_o

  • if thats possible.....

    yeah, theyve MADE it possible.

  • this movie issss sooo funny i love britsih comedy haha

  • Comment removed

  • at 2:55 it sounds like hes saying "WHY DONT U GET UR BLOODY HAIR CUT" lol

  • lOl I was thinking that too! XD

  • which guy LMN??

  • What the hell is that guy saying?

  • lol I was about to comment the same exact thing.

  • check out how pissed off the vicars are at the end. Anyone see them giving the finger to the other drivers? It's at 7:40. I love this sequence of the movie

  • Haha I just wanted to clear everything up.

This movie was inspired by this bus system that came to the "old ladies" homes of England to take them on little trips. There was a thing called the "merry pranksters bus" that went around in the 60's that had ppl come in and slipped them acid.

Paul thought it would be funny if the two mixed and the old ladies got acid. Therefore, this movie.

  • The Merry Pranksters were a group of people in America in the early - mid 60's that rode around on a bus (Further) distributing LSD to anyone who would try it in the 60's, all inspired by Ken Keasy and his writings...kind of like the jonny appleseed of LSD

  • am I supposed to understand what the general-sergeant-colonel man is saying?

  • Paul looks slick in his uniform!

    :)

  • The uncredited artistic director of this was Benny Hill.

  • Umm...let me drop some acid and ill be right back. Maybe ill get it when my brains on fire.

  • bahaha agreed!

  • hmmm... dont get me wrong i love the beatles and all, but this movies not as good as Help! and a hard days night. its missing the witty remark they said in the first two

  • it's very python like you must agree.

  • lol, this movie makes no sense....but I like it anyway. it's the Beatles, they can get away with it!

  • whats up with that dude from 2:56 -3:52 is he hi are somthing

  • Python-esque, a year or so ahead of schedule...

  • I wish i were sleeping RIGHT next to George x3

  • I'm still trying to figure out what he says while driving the bus...it sounds like...

    who's gettin in that car?

    the _____ knows the bikes.

    look out! They'll roll you!

    E's pickin the vicars up!!

Ok... so who knows the bikes?????

  • I love hard days night and Help! but this movie took away the funny and just left us with the weird portion

  • on the beatles movie "help!"

  • Yep, he was the "perfect surgeon" too. He also played the TV producer, or something, on A Hard Day's Night.

  • That flutish electronic music around 1:00 is from George Harrison's Wonderwall album.

  • whos the yelling while ringo is driving

  • 2:43 - 2:48

how Ringo looks when he says "Why?"

the second time is tooo funny

  • Did anyone notice that there's at least two men who look like Hitler in this film, you can see one at 00:5, he's the old man sitting at the left, easy to notice with the hitler 'tash and you can see another at the end of the I am The Walrus video, One of the men dressed up in the eggman parade following the bus.

  • I wonder how many grams of coke Spinetti sniffed before made that soldier scene. You can't tell whether he's actually speaking or just blabbering random noises.

  • miss winters is hot sexy and beautiful.

if i were on that bus back then i would try to get with her.

magical mystery tour is the best!

  • i think thats dick lester the director of a hard days night (in which he was the director guy of the television programme) and in help! (he was the scientist that attempted to removethe ring from ringos finger)

    :)

  • correction: It's Victor Spinetti. Dick Lester directed A Hard Day's Night and Help! Victor Spinetti was the actor who played the roles of the television director, the scientist and the luitenent in MMT

  • ahh forgive me i was misinformed thanks for the correction but i did say "i think" so you know i wanst a 100% sure

i think i thought that becuz john did how i won the war with dick lester right?

  • during the party thing the song is she loves you

  • The officer - sounds like dutch.

  • on your marks... get se- *runs*

  • óole óole óole

  • this movie is wierd but theyre still the beatles so its ok. BEATLES4EVER

  • that's dude's tripping, man! yelling at a taxidermy cow... -.-;

  • I'd swear Monty Python did something with this if I didn't know better.

  • i totally agree and is it just me or does the guy with the umbrella and bowler hat and glasses at like 0:37 look exactly like terry gilliam?

  • ah what's going on? I'm so confused. It's a mystery. I guess hence the name Magical Mystery Tour

  • ~why?

    hehe

  • I love John's smile at 1:10-1:11! so cute!! XD

  • I'd love 2 b John and fall asleep on George.

  • Major McCartney is sooo hot!

  • haha i love it when john keeps falling asleep on geroge

  • *george

  • 4:14 that tune is she loves you!

    8:43 W T F?

  • I would image by the time the coach wound up in South Carolina, Ringo certainly put some wear & tear on it

  • O.o

  • If you are an obsessed fan of the Beatles you would RESPECT this movie!

  • I respect everything that the Beatles made, however since I hold them in such a high regard, I'm shocked that this wasn't anywhere near Hard Day's Night or Help!

  • The General guy is the guy from the other two movies! The director in Hard Day's and the mad scientist in Help!

  • Ringo sure knows how to handle a bus! :O

  • that military guy is funny!!!!!

  • paul reminds me of eric from that 70s show from 1:44-1:47

  • HAHA!

I love the way john smiles at george after being pushed by him several times!

  • whats he saying? lol

  • well yellow submarine was animated and let it be wasn't an acted film, so, victor really got 3 out of 3 movies.

  • the beatles didnt use there real voices too in yellow submarine

  • When John is sleeping on George 0:47 to 1:12!

I am so lost...but this is so funny!

  • oh my god xDDDDD

  • they're all on LSD!!..even the kids!!...aaggghhhh

    trippy man...

  • No they're not, if they were on L.S.D. they wouldn't be interested or able to race around like that, they'd be laying in the field looking at butterflies and clouds, but the aesthetic is psychedelic for sure.

  • I love Ringo!

    'Why?'

    LOL.

  • lol, can someone please explain what the fuck is going on?

  • Its the beatles, no one knows.

  • I totally want to hear the backmasking of this. maybe more clues.

  • Aw, Ringo has to stand 'cause his Aunt takes up one and a half seats! lol I hate when that happens to me, especially on airplanes.

  • Ok, seriously, how much coffee did that sargeant drink that moring?

  • lmao 9?

  • win.

  • ROFL!!
