I any case, by the time it got to any tap (& the plan is for it only to be used for things like hose pipes, not drinking water), any trace of human fluids would have been killed off & it would in fact be pure water. 95% of our bodies are water our organs need water to stop them drying out hence why it's so important not to get dehydrated (our bodies can begin to shut down very quickly if there's insufficient water intake). I studied this as part of my health degree.

Waste water treatment plant facilities where I live use the poop water for irrigation of parks and farmland adjacent to the facility with a man made lake where signs warn people to stay out of the water, yet people fish there. If some cadavers make their way thru this system in a few years I doubt the water in my area would or could be diverted to residential neighborhoods. By that time a congressman will be asked to drink a large glass on camera while visiting the facility.
The liquid remains from resomation are disposed of in the sewage system and processed along with human and other organic waste. It goes through the usual process of treatment and purification before it goes back into the supply of drinking water. They're not putting liquified human remains directly into anyone's drinking water.
