You have no idea how many attempts it cost me to complete this mission. However I do know a really nice tip on overcoming this seemingly impossible stage segment at 1:28. The key to making it through is to NOT boost. By boosting, you are giving yourself less time to side step away from the rocks and the fixed barrel of spikes. Before you get to the springs that ricochet you to the segment, stop your boosting, but keep that LS forward. That's how I made it through just an hour ago. =)

After a while, this mission actually becomes fun. In an I Wanna Be The Guy sense of the word, that is. The upside to this mission, is that it makes the normal day stage a helluva lot easier to the point where an S rank to the regular stage is really easy, and sub 2:50, which is required for an achievement, is much more reachable.

Ehh i dunno, all i have to say that it looks extremely similar to this version of unleashed being made by the sonic team instead of dimps, except it actually looks like the level design is more polished than next gen unleashed. Running its best or not, it is a pretty good imitation hedgehog engine, an impressive feat on a console that's just twice as strong as a normal gamecube.

@Landofyourhistory The mission after it has one if I remember correctly, so you still need to do it. My advice is to SLOW DOWN at the second wall running. It seems counter-intuitive, but it's practically the only way to get past it.

This is FREAKING IMPOSSIBLE!! I've been at it for 3 hours now and still cant beat it despite watching your vide for help. I can sometimes manage to get to 1:31 in your video but that 2nd wall on the right always gets me with the spikes. I don't know how the hell you managed to dodge that first rock sticking out and then the following spikes. There's barely any space to maneuver the rock and the spikes straight after. If I could just get past that I'd be fine.

You find her sister in the room to the right of prof. pickles shamar lab then leave shamar, go back and talk to her a few more times.

If you go near the entrance of the proffesers lab (shamar) . turn right and you sould see a little hidden room. shes in it. you have to find her twice and i think your finding for the first time. hope that helps =D BTW this level is really hard. now i know how to get to the first shortcut this sould help. thanks!

I just finished this stage, it's hell but if you got your stats maxed it's possible after you've memorized all the shortcuts in the level of course. but once you do that it's not that hard anymore
