Having borders is a legitimate concern. The question I asked deals with reality.  Right now illegals have to be cared for if they get in an accident at the ER. This costs the taxpayers money. Would you want to enact laws where the ER would only take care of lawful citizens and not illegal aliens? To me this is what it boils down to.
