Very pleasant voice. One question, from a non-Chassid. Why are there always people walking around in the videos while a chazzan is performing? The same movement occurs in many of the Stark videos. To me it is a sign of disrespect, especially to walk directly in front of the camera or to carry on a conversation. What happened to derech eretz?
@vintagepa the performers aren't really putting on a formal performance. they're singing while everyone's eating and they expect people to be walking around like that. no disrespect.
Yankel is the best Baal Tefilah out there. If you havent heard his davening especially on the high holy days you havent heard anything yet. Truly one of a kind. What a Gem!
I wish I knew what he was singing...seems too long a part from the Torah.

If anybody is interested, he has a great tape/cd out. It's called yaakov uvanav in hebrew. It is really good.
