If anything, a chip would cause MORE smoke than that when turned up all the way (and why wouldn't he have it cranked, he's drag racing...)

@TheCummins58 The last dodge I had the fucking bearings between the crankshaft and engine went....after 20,000 miles so fuck your dodges i had to replace the WHOLE engine if i wanted to fix it, i decided instead of wasting money i'll get something that works the way it was suppose to....a FORD. I know about more fords with 200,000 plus miles than dodges

@chevellenut1968 wow! i mean i've seen some stupid things on here before but that comment was by far the dumbest....chevy had nothing to do with the hemi....chrysler didn't make the hemi either...that design has been around since the 30's if not before..chrysler was just the ones who started putting it in the vehicles and making the engines themselves. learn your stuff before you come on here and make yourself look dumb.

@bmelcher9 Diesel vs gas? Diesel has the advantage my friend. Diesel has alot of power and it comes with a turbo. I have an '09 Duramax, 6.6l thats been cammed and stroked. Twin turbo'd, RamAir intake, headers and performance chipped and I'm pushing 750hp. My 3/4 HD Diesel beats my brothers 6.2L Camaro simply by brute force.

@kurtass16 Yeah they do. In high mileage if the injectors aren't cleaned. Especially if the driver has a habit of being gentle on acceleration, it'll really blow some black smoke under stress. Maybe it does have a chip, but you can't draw a conclusion based solely on smoke. If anything, a chip would cause MORE smoke than that when turned up all the way (and why wouldn't he have it cranked, he's drag racing...)
