Most arrested people did not get a lawyer and were sent to court for a fast conviction procedure. No such thing as human rights exist in Bulgaria, at least not for the common citizens of bulgarian nationality, only for those who have the money to bribe. The media conceals and misrepresents what really happened. The footage is not thorough.

As you can see all of a sudden the police received the order to star beating up all the crowd without warning of any kind. It should be said that the police killed a 60 year old man who was beaten in the police station and started having a seizure but no one helped him. Finally the police called an ambulance and it arrived 30 minutes later when the man was dead.
