An up note as in positive economic numbers and 'stable' unemployment. The Fed chairman is friendly to the current administration - that is well known. He is not going to let the #1 issue on the minds of voters (the economy) tank again during an election cycle. It is just that simple.

With improving economic data at his back, the president is going to be nearly impossible to beat, save for something outta the blue. I know it is not good news, but it is likely reality.
