  • Yeah agree, 500 horse in a car that size would just seem intense. Even the cayenne turbos do and they are twice the curb weight ... This one doesn't do it for me ... Bummer, the mpg is cool and need a commuter

  • Affordable "Carrera GT" Nice!!!

  • too loud! :///

  • can you tell me if this can hang with your 997 turbo? or make a vid of the two racing from roll ons to stand still races?

  • "The biggest difference to before is the throttle sensitivity."

    Can you explain?

  • LOL....almost wrecked the thing at 2 min or so....nice. Also, if thats 520hp then I have a 33 inch penis.

  • What's the 0-60 time and top speed on something like this?

  • lol nice bumper sticker

  • What camera mount are you using?

  • The exhaust sounds like crap, man, have you considered changing it?

  • So, how were you able to keep driving after pooping your pants at 2:00? J/K awesome porsche

  • Forget all the Diff mods etc, just learn about correct lines, gears, point of braking and effective acceleration and you'll be able to make much quicker progress and at the same time not pose a liability to yourself and other road users. Happy motoring.

  • Your one lucky basted mate, if there was a pole there you would have hit it

  • lol iam sure you shit your pants at 2:00

  • Why not hit a nice highway, where you can open it up and not have to worry about two way traffic or who knows what else jumping out in front of you. Reckless IMO.

  • Great car. Now, invest in some driving lessons at Porsche Experience.

  • Too much power for the chassis possibly based on when you lost it there. My 996 Turbo never has that issue. Do you have limited slip?

  • @madogblue It has a tortion based Diff from Quaife. I also have a 997tt, I would not have caught the rear engine swinging out like that. It is not too much power for the chassis. The road was damp and it was only about 38 degrees.

  • @Wazool I also have a Cayman S and it can handle another 200-300hp. Cold wet day on summer tires? How does the PSM work with the Turbo kit?

  • @madogblue

My guess is that the car is not shod with winter tyres. Sub 7 Centigrade the rubber hardens up and grip is lost.

  • so this has a manual tranny right?

  • @KarlowBOI yes it is 6MT.

  • Holy shit 543 at the wheels with 7psi? I'd like to see more on the build

  • @TheLordofShell The kit is from TPC it their ATP II turbo kit for Caymans.

  • Awesome save at 2:00. Usually somebody with a 520hp Cayman would have put that in the tree...

  • Sounds fantastic. Did you have to upgrade the transmission to cope with extra power, its quite a big increase over stock wonder what the tolerances are? I see its not very forgiving if you put the power on early, I'm guessing its generating a shit load of torque?

  • cant see the speedometer =[

  • You drive like some guy who just got carb, cam and headers on his mustang/camaro LOL

That machine is wasted on you, sir.

  • @captainpegs07 Thanks for your EXPERT analysis.

  • @Wazool no prob :) You'll have much more fun with it on track days.

  • Almost lost her...good save

  • whoa nice save at the corner. But i thought all caymans had traction control standard?

  • traction control only goes so far and with over 200HP more ...

  • Wow, I'm in love.

Nice save in the corner BTW. :)

  • yep. think i'm in love.

  • umm whats with the sound? did you layover another audio?

  • No, this is a catless race header and no muffler. Below 3,000rpm it sounds no different than a Cayman with sport exhaust, above though it screams ...

  • Bloody hell :D
