It's basically about how we're all so wrapped up in our own lives and don't take the time to help other people. When it says 'Everything's for you My heart is open And will end So take it', it's saying that this person will give anything to help them, and that one day their heart will "end" so they need to make a difference now and just do all they can while they have the chance.
