  • Why would you do this exercise when it activates the hip flexors? Especially if your hip dominant (short, strong hip flexors) which is what causes lordosis in the first place.

  • I can certainly appreciate the posterior pelvic tilt training and should be used as a bridge to return to the stability ball roll-out. A client with hyperlordosis should be cued to maintain throracolumbar flexion throughout the roll-out to avoid unnecessary strain on the facet joints. Good work!

  • how do i know if its in mainly lower or upper part? but i do have lordosis,,

  • hi, ive got lordosis (curvature of the spine) mainly lower, will it ever be possible for me to get a 'straight' spine, i do a lot of gym but doesn't seem to do much,
