@ballah112 It's hard to say without knowing the details of your setup that might factor in. But it's probably some sort of a ground loop... or just too many cables crossing over one another. Try messing with the gain.. turn up the source, and adjust the other gear down the chain accordingly.. Also, if you're sampling vinyl... is your turntable grounded to your amp/mixer? But I'm guessing you've probably remedied the problem by now..

As mush as I hate to say it, with the MPC you do encounter roadblocks that cause major delays, or require taking a detour that slow down the journey and frustrate the driver.
