Great video and excellently constructed greenhouse. I like the way you've made the roof. I've made several greenhouses, the largest (5mX3m) using recuperated windows, some stained glass and 200micron polythene for the roof but I just used wooden trusses to hold it up- 3 years on and its still going strong. There are some images of it at the start of my "5 Euro greenhouse" film on my Youtube site.
the side that doesn't face the sun really doesn't need any windows I would think you can paint it white to reflect the sun back on the plants
