Does this editing software require a lot of computer power? I have previously used Sony Vegas 9 and with the combination of that and the more complicated video files from my camera, rendering and editing were HORRIBLE. It would always freeze up and I would get error reports, causing me to lose everything between the last save and up to that point. I've sold the camera and am now looking for a DSLR with video. Perhaps the T2i. Would that and Lightworks be too much for my PC to handle?

intesting Lightworks is Francis Ford Copulas perfered edting system. but is not much used in industry where Avid is king.
