I have to sat April and Jackson is a sweet thought, but the world isnt that perfect, but this is only a TV show so can't the god damn writers just make it happen already....the show is already so far from reality all the tough inoperable surgeries Shepard miraculously, in the real world that wouldn't have the case, so put April with Jackson already!
I'm hoping that the "If/Then" is going to have some nod to these two together - or perhaps turn it around and its Jackson that secretley loves April and she's completely unawares. There is a little snippet of the two in the preview where meredith says "you are going to find someone April" and then they zoom into Jackson watching her.

I think they are gonna be together and i think if they are moving out from Meredith's house (Jackson,Alex,April) something will happen. I think Jackson will be intrested about April and because that's happening Alex try to ruined it, but later he realise that he has feellings to April.

I have shipped this couple ever since I saw Avery punch Alex for being a jerk to April. Adore these two! Still think there is a possibility for them! If he is April's first that would be way to cute! Love the best friend turn into boyfriend thing! Hopefully now that they are living together alone with Alex something may happen :) fingers crossed
