The Family Court is inequitable, secretive and relies on subjective evidence from people unqualified to give it. I find it laughable that we in Australia have a system where a self represented person goes up against highly skilled (and paid) professional legal teams and this is somehow considered an even playing field? I find it a joke that so called "expert witnesses" can demonstrate bias and non-adherence to guidelines and yet their reports are taken at face value. Pathetic system.

Thank you. I am a father, my child has been stolen through the court, the practice of the court constitute Forms of Domestic violence. Namely Isolation, my child is Isolated from her entire family. The court is a disgrace, the savagery with which they steal children with no fear of being held to account destroys already vulnerable families. Only DEAD children are listened to.The family courts are like the Catholic Church institution- keeping the abusers protected- the proof is that 75% of abusers get custody and protective mothers are written out of the children's lives. WHY? So the children cannot tell. So the courts are COLLUDING WITH CRIMINALS KNOWINGLY.

Yes, I heard of truth where court reporter sided with pedophile and the abuser convinced the court that rape of his son is a cultural thing.It continues as i write. The child discloses his pain but all ears are closed in court with children's solicitor refusing to even note it. Do family courts condone child rape.?YES.

The Purpose of a Publication Ban is to protect the identity of the child and family. Thus, is inapplicable, yet forced upon parties which, essentially re-victimizes survivors. A child requires promotion of safety in life, not in death and any family who chooses full disclosure to achieve justice in the best interest of the Public, need be permitted ability to do so. Anything less is a disservice to victims and the Public at large.

The secrecy is there to protect the criminals- Judges, lawyers, social workers, Guardians, expert witnesses, who do not want the world to know how corrupt the law really is and that court is a corporation, designed to make profit.

It is the same secrecy that allowed the Roman Catholic Church cult in Ireland to legally abuse children and get away with it for years.

The current Family Law Court System we have in Australia is a massive shame on our nation.

It is abusive, contradictory, and disgraceful.

No mother-child relationship should be forcibly separated against their will. It is unjust to do so, and extremely emotionally and psychollogically damaging to both the mother and the child.

Yet this is what our system calls 'in the child's best interests'.

What right does a 'stranger' have to determine what is 'best' for a child they don't even know?

I don't believe for ONE SECOND that suppressing abuse claims will remain suppressed. Sooner or later, the truth WILL be told, legally or illegally. This is a good place to start. I don't know where it finishes. Maybe with the removal and prosecution individual judges and lawyers involved.

Personally, I commend anyone willing to speak out about any rampant abuse, rather than remain squeaky clean as far as the law goes.

Section 534 of the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005 protects the wrongdoer,restricts any publication even in such a travisty & in public interest.

where the wrongdoer is the Department. Why is our government less

accountable than the ordinary citizen? It leaves the Department in a position where they are better protected from criticism where a child dies than they would be if a child was injured whilst in care.

Childrens Court? How can parents concerns be validated when protective

workers refuse to acknowledge or investigate those concerns? How can the

child protection system function when protective workers turn a blind eye to their own concerns that DHS "cannot protect a child in its care"?

The public has the right to know who are the violent fathers so that the public can deal with them. These f#@faces must be outed in their jobs, amongst their friends and within the community. We do this with other crims, isn't Domestic Violence a crime????

Any of you can become a McKenzie friend in court and witness all the truth first hand.

That is how I did my research.

It is the only legal way to get in at the moment.

Then you could at least see the truth, and write articles of interest, without the names.

Then the public will demand to have you reporters in those courts to witness all.

it is only your birth cert that states you are a person, owned by the state,but the court has to prove that that paper is a real living human being, which they cannot do.
