yes huge difference.
alex makes play with changing the system, and his methods are creating chaos and fear mongering.
i think he is a plant intentionally to keep people chasing useless information.
derrick is all about the big picture, laying blame where it belongs. clearly defining the problem and SOLUTIONS with clarity.
