  • dude u know the basics of nutrition but u dont need all those supplements, i eat eggs post workout and beef or chicken at night, and the past 4 months i gained 21 pounds 15 of muscle and water and 6 of fat, NO SUPPLEMENTS AT ALL!!!!!!!!!,i just love my chicken and my oats

  • u need to be buying "serious mass" by optimum nutrition and gain ur self sum pounds

  • waste of money, use real food for protein. only time i use my protein shake is after workout

  • lol... your young.... multi vitamin, protein shake after workout and bulk cooking....count calories....eat more calories to bulk up.... clean calories....no explode at 16....nice... there should be an age limit on this sh!t
