I disagree with you on the Wayne Rooney part. As an avid Man Utd supporter, i honestly think Rooney was being controlled by his agent. Not once did he come out and give an open press confrence like Fergie did, I think all the statements released by him were fabricated by his 'backroom staff'. With that, I think it as another mastermind move by Fergie to get him to stay. Every succesful team needs a superstar, and United's superstar is Rooney. Losing him would've been a HUGE blow to morale.

i was newcastle and he was like carlisle and i was 4-0 down on 37mins and i was going to quit but i didnt have time for another game so decided i would finish the game, on the 45min i scored to make it 4-1 then on the 70th i made it 4-2 then 75 4-3 then 90th 4-4 and we went to extra time and i scored from kick off and then again in the 105min and he left at 4-6 lol
