  • I worked at Earls, we had the nutritional information on hand and provided it whenever it was requested, JFYI.

  • Calorie quantity is empty information unless you know the values between complex and simple carbohydrates.

  • wendy mesley's a hottie.

  • This was a good episode. However, some of the dishes they used were poor choices. Such as the artichoke dip, which is an appetizer. Most appetizers at restaurants are not designed to be eaten by one person at one sitting. So if it is shared among 4 people they would only be eating 275 calories. It's almost like eating pizza because no one is expected to eat 1 whole pizza in one sitting. I think for appetizers it is the same way- you are not expected to eat one whole appetizer by yourself.

  • This guys has like, nothing against this girl...It's hilarious to see him pressing the same points again and again, while she gives him more and more information that makes him look like an idiot.

  • Great show.

  • OMG 729 + 865 = half a day... Which is what I expect for crying out loud.

Even if you do eat out 14 times a week, say lunch and dinner... Really. Most people don't have breakfast anyway. So (for guys) you are still well in the calory zone. So what the point of this report?

And who counts calories (without doctor order).... Also if you shove everything down without tasting which means you eat the entire 5 lb plate as a result, you're a nut. Apetisor and main dish (shame shame)

  • I also wonder if they shoved the entire plate in the analisor... For the sauce dishes, for example. Did they reasonably dip pieces in like normal people do or did they shove in the entire dip sauce in it (Implying people drink the stuff). That can really boost the cal and sodium (falsify the results)

  • CANCER CURE = HEMP OIL

  • There is a problem. People are eating out all the time. I know a guy who eats out 4 times a week even though he is unemployed. And he is in debt.

Plus a lady I know tells me that she counts calories and she wants to lose weight. But when we go out she eats 2 to 3 meals in between while I eat lunch then dinner. She keeps wondering why I lose weight while she keeps gaining weight. If the food looks good people will eat it.

  • I agree, to an extent. The root of obesity is not that people are getting fooled into eating unhealthy things, it's that they are making their own decision to eat unhealthily. However, the video still has a point -- adding calories to the menu items would be helpful. It's quite obvious that the 'vegetarian' items are higher in caloric value than one would expect, and people should know this, even though they don't eat out every night.

  • people need to know

  • Obesity may be a problem but try and get help without it costing the person a ongoing fortune from these various Weight Reducing Organizations.Their in it for the profit,it's a business to them and there's no shortage of clientele. There is no such thing as 'free' help.

  • Swiss Chalet quarter (white) with salad is always a good bet. It's quick, not too expensive, rotisserie-grilled, healthy, & delicious. If you're really watching your calories, you can remove the skin, and get reduced-fat salad dressing (or just squeeze a little lemon juice over it).

  • After tobacco and bad food I think we should get rid of religions.

  • @KlipKultur3

A secular state is a great thing... but it's very rare.
