i just go all out bawlz uh bustin with my machine gun and shotgun (depending on range) and use incinerate winter blast and electro bolt. surprisingly, it works XD

This was probably relevant when the game was new, but now, when most people are high enough ranked to be crossbow or elephant gun snipers. As for what I would use if you're new, pistol + incinerate. It's surprisingly effective, especially if you research them afterwards.

How come your guns do so much damage? It takes me sometimes 20 - 30 bullets with the machine gun even when I get head shot kills.

Also, how do I find big daddy suits??? Ive played so many times with big daddy suites spawning, but I can never get them. :(

You'll find players that are beginners & that are pros.

Though i'd say that the online is completely dead near 1 am - 6.am.

I usually use the CrossBow and Tommygun with Geyser Trap and Electro Bolt.

Geyser helps you reach camping spots, Also since you have electro bolt you can set traps. Also Electro Bolt stuns em so you can land a Headshot.

One thing I personally like to do as a big daddy is throw my mines at people as I'm attacking and they're weaving everywhere. If I can't get a good shot off, a proximity mine explodes and kills them in one hit.

well, winter blast makes the other player weaker, literally what you said what right. you pretty much just do more damage because of their lower defenses.
