@dragonking17 these people chose this lifestyle. The states should not have to pay for sex changes for people in prison.

Thank you for posting this. I'm glad to say I live in one of the other "10" states mentioned in the video, Washington. I hope I live to see all the states become a safer and more accepting home for everyone.
