Also roms aren't generally legal. Basically any game you can't buy new. well technically it is but you will NEVER be arrested for it, and i mean NEVER, because the video game companies do not make any money off them and roms and emulator makers make no money off it. , so going after roms and emulators are pointless. so its legal . Becuse movies and the like are ileagle because companies are lossing money. thats the only reason.
