He, in so many words, 'hinted' that there are still areas which are 'restricted' to foreigners. When I visited in 2004, I was able to help his sister come to USA. Now, he wants to come to get his PhD in chemical engineering. He's been at Sawa for 10 years. He is unsure if he'll be released to study abroad. Please pray for my friend, Misgina. He's a good guy!
