Played both, but UMV3 is waaay better.

(just 2 b honest)The hand form of Yami uses dark fire.And the robot form is suppose to have bright glowing hands.Also when he put's his hand's up, it suppose to be shocking and then it is suppose 2 b a lightning slam, not an earth slam.(i knew this, bcuz i watch the bossfight's) but the game'z kewl.

It's first form symbolizes humanity's desire to destroy.It's second form (forth in Okami) symbolizes humanity's desire to use energy for destructive ends. It's final form in both games symbolizes Humanity's uses their hands for evil. Yami it's self means "Dark."
