Some are 4 wheel drive. The terrible herbst truck is 4wd. Most are 2wd because its easier to get more reliable wheel travel that way (No binding on cv shafts).
@TheKonaford It's just a fiberglass body. It's not actually a ford ranger, but alot of trophy trucks/pre runners are modeled after rangers. Lots of F-150s too. I guess its just whatever the owner/customer wants!

Anything with the term "pre-runner" stapled to it....is going to be expensive. Ive got over 5 grand in my 86 toyotas suspension. And Im running springs in the rear.
@gurparshad96 some are 4x4. most arent because its easier to have long travel front suspension without torsion bars for 4x4. torsion bars limit the amount of travel.
@spencedeezy19 Its just an opinion, I think if you put a body lift (not suspention) and flared fenders on your truck, your just as good as a guy putting a wing and fart can on his civic.

Yeah, you can see at 0:53 the tire is locked so it slides because it goes the same speed as the other wheel
