Men are business oriented. In a business, you cannot use your personal disagreements as reason to throw someone to the curb. If the person in question has great work ethic and skill, there is no point in chucking them out the door and having to retrain and start over.
In a home or in personal life, it's different. And when you have a woman running the home while the man is out working or whatever, to avoid discord kicking someone out of the house might be more suitable. lol
